List of Financial Resources with Certificates
The Bidder should have carried out at least 01 (One) No. of similar nature of works successfully / satisfactorily in the last 5 years preceding the date of bid submission and shall be completed and commissioned prior to the date of submission of the Bid. Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for atleast one similar work of value not less than 50 of the cost of the contract. (Proceedings of the Government of Karnataka Government order No. FD 480 EXP-12/2014 Bangalore dated 19.07.2014)
Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of Karnataka.
The Tenderer/ Bidder Should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected.

The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number and PAN Card. The successful Bidder who have GST registration in other States should have GST registration in the State of Karnataka mandatorily at the time of execution of the Contract Agreement.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as Assessed available tender capacity as AXNX2.5-B.
Achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 an average financial turnover of Rs.56.90/-Lakh Usually not less than the estimated cost for works costing up to Rs.100Lakhs. Last five years Audited Financial statements Balance sheets, P and L statements with UDI number, Turnover certificates duly certified by chartered Accountant as documentary evidence shall be uploaded.
