Uniform (2 sets of uniforms both for winters and summers) as per design, color and pattern would be required to be provided to the work man engaged under the contract. The contractor would be required to submit samples for Uniform to the office of Delhi Cantonment Board for approval. In case the agency fails to submit samples of uniform or fails to provide uniform to each workmen it will be treated as default in performance of the contract. 2 Sets (1 set for winter and 1 set for summer and set shall comprise of a pair of uniform for both summers and winters). The bills of uniforms provided to workmen under the contract be submitted to the office for complete sets for record purposes & for claim of payment. (Rate to be quoted in col. no. 07 will be for period of one year)

Charges for issuing of two ID cards to each staff engaged by the agency for the work, one to be deposited in the office and one card to be given to the individual. (Rate to be quoted in col. no. 07 will be for period of one year)

Providing Mini jetting Machine mounted on vehicle chassis of min. GVW 2750 kgs of make Mahindra/Tata or equivalent. The Machine shall consist of high pressure jetting Pump shall be plunger type Pump having rated discharge capacity of 100 LPM & pressure up to 100 Bar and jetting hose dia ½” length 60 meters & water tank capacity 1000 Ltrs. The equipment is a vehicle mounted mobile unit Suitable for cleaning Various type of Large surface areas, dis lodging obstructions in small sewer lines, main holes in sewer lines etc , with high pressure jetting pump and provision of safety equipment’s as per guide lines laid in IS.11972(1987)/ international standard, traffic control arrangement , lighting at night, barricading display of sign boards. Insurance of workmen & proper cleaning of site.The mini jetting machine shall suitable for narrow streets. The quoted rates shall include wages of helpers and driver/Operator and fuel. Note: The contractor will provide the above said machine as per directions of Officer-in-Charge whenever required. If contractor fails to provide the said machine a penalty of Rs.20,000/- will be imposed on each time.

Providing Tata/ Mahindra for narrow Lanes, Grabbing & Rodding Machine is capable for de- choking & disilting sewer Lines by using principle of hydrodynamic cleaning by injecting pressure water in to sewer lines through a dimensioned sewer jetting hose & cleaning nozzles . The equipment shall consist of Grab Bucket arrangement designed to cleanout silt & other waste material from mainholes & any other chambers located depth up to 20 feet without necessitating man – entry. The quoted rates shall include wages of helpers and driver/Operator and fuel. Note: The contractor will provide the above said machine as per directions of Officer-in-Charge whenever required. If contractor fails to provide the said machine a penalty of Rs.20,000/- will be imposed on each time.

Desilting and taking out of debris/ silt, rubbish cleaning of blockages etc. from trunk sewer upto 900mm dia which is heavily surcharged by mechanical device as like Super Sucker Machine with jetting arrangements mechanical device including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits as directed by Officer-in-charge. Sealing of all joints of the sewer line found leaking with admixture of cement and other suitable chemical, installation of adequate number of over pumping system leak proof stanking arrangement on U/s and D/s side of over working length, temporary rising main etc to smooth flow of sewerage system to avoid flood in the area. Supply of all material, labour, tool & plants, temporary power connection with stand by generator set of capacity of at least 62.5 K.V.A. gas detector, forced air ventilators etc. & provision of safety equipments as per guide lines laid in I.S.11972(1987)/international standard, traffic control arrangement & proper lighting at night, barricading, display of sign boards. Insurance of workmen & cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrances/obstructions, unfore-seen items, Cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work in taper portion of the M/H & restoring & getting the same constructed complete. All inclusive & nothing extra shall be payable. Note: The contractor will provide the above said machine as per directions of Officer-in-Charge whenever required. If contractor fails to provide the said machine a penalty of Rs.20,000/- will be imposed on each time.

Providing Truck Mounted hi-tech suction and pressure jetting machine having capacity of 3000 ltr. of sewerage suction on every trip for cleaning of mobile toilets at Kirby place, Brar Square, Dhaula Kuan and at any other locations as directed by the Officer-in-Charge. Note: The contractor will provide the above said machine as per directions of Officer-in-Charge whenever required. If contractor fails to provide the said machine a penalty of Rs.20,000/- will be imposed on each time. The contractor has to produce licence issued by Delhi Jal Board, GNCTD for "collection and transportation of septic waste" in respect of vehicle to be used.
