M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone agg) 100mm thick as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid, jointed with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified including preparation of formation bed over 25 mm thick sand cusion and pointed in colour cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick with 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and precasted concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class' B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of Weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
