Taking down old Unserviceable Electric control panel from water supply installation by disconnecting the cables, nut-bolts, incl dismantling the existing foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts Feeder pillar box 'Pedastal type' Confirming to IP 54, CPRI approved, factory fabricated & factroy assembled , waterproof,dust and vermin proof cubical type with locking arrangement , LT Control Panel of suitable size made out of suitable size angle iron (50x50x6mm), channel and fabricated from 2.5 mm thick (minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), independently housing for each control switch gear and indicating lamps with & including busbars made of copper duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Bus bar shall be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators. All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for cable gland and lugs for incoming and out going cable and connecting suitable earth strips. Suitable openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detachable cover shall be provided on all other accessories.
