Supply, delivery and installation of fabricated cubical type compartmentalized dust and vermin proof Floor cum wall mounted L.T. distribution panel board of suitable size manufactured by CPRI approved manufacturer made of 2 mm (14 SWG) thick M.S. sheet reinforced with (40x40x6 mm) angle iron frame work with individual hinged door with locking arrangement for all compartment and providing suitable ventilation arrangement. The complete panel board shall be painted by power coating paint, colour siemens white. The interconnection should be done with suitable size tinned copper strip between BBC to all main switches and other accessories including suitable stud connectors, socketing etc as required and earthing by nut, bolt in the body complete with base channel. The lower size of the base of panel board should rest on frame work (75x40x5 mm). The control panel will have suitable cable entry from bottom through data cable gland plate to access sufficient no. of cables as per direction of E.I.C. the panel comprising with following switches. Class C MS pipe duly galvanized with minimum 85 micron Zinc coating , along with all accessories like clamps saddles holding arrangements to fix the mast to the building/structure at highest point such that the Air terminal is 5 meters above the tallest structure.(ABB or equivalent)

Down Conductor: Supply installation testing & commissioning of 25 x 3 mm tinned copper strip connecting Air terminal to the earth pit including clamps saddles test joint & PVC protective sheath below the test joint .

Maintenance free Earthing: The earth terminal shall consist of 3 separate earth pits for each down conductor ,in crowfeet configuration as per site condition . The earthing will be maintenance free chemical earthing using copper plate electrode 500mm x 500mm x 2mm thick (as per IEC 62305-30 and using ground enhancing artificial soil treatment chemical compound, having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals dispersion chemicals. expansion chemicals diffusion chemicals and hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance in the earth terminal to make it maintenance free for over 15 years as per IEEE 80-2000 14 .5d clause.

GLOWSIGN BOARD

Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of LED GLOW SIGN Board fabricated by 10' x 4' x 4''ACP box supported with 1'' x 1'' 18 SWG (heavy Gauge) aluminiun hollow square pipe. The 3mm ACP fabricated should be provided by laser cutting 6mm laser cut acrylic letters out of which 5mm rising and border line of the front side should be cover with 1'' Aluminium channel as per direction of EIC. The sign board should be glow by 1.5W LED module cool white in colour (Samsung/other reputed make as approved by EIC) incl. 12V 300W power supply. Back side of the board covered with 26 SWG GI Sheet to protect the rain water. The sign board should be fixed on the roof of the building with providing necy. CC Muffing, 1 No. CI waterproof 200X150X100 mm, 40X6 mm MS Angle for supporting the board as required & mending good damages as per direction of E.I.C. The cost of transportation charges are included. The sign board should be made as per the matter in annexure-I (In English) as per direction of E.I.C.

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage of appropriate size for making the half round shape structure from begining of the work to ending the work.(At two places)

SITC of LED illumination sign board fabricated by ACP box supported with 1"X1" MS hollow square pipe or Aluminium hollow squire pipe of 18 SWG all around the above half round shape iron structure. The 6 mm laser cut acrylic letters will be fixed on the ACP board after making hole in the letters and ACP Board, rising and border line of the front side as well as back side should with cover 1" Aluminium channel as per direction of E.I.C. The sign board should be glow by 1.5W LED module cool white in colour (Samsung/other reputed make as approved by EIC) incl. 12V 300W SMPS with IP65 protection. Back side of the board covered with 26 SWG GI Sheet to protect the rain water. The sign board should be fixed on the half round iron structure as per direction of EIC. The cost of transportation charges are included. The sign board should be made as per the matter in annexure-I (In English ) as per direction of E.I.C.

Fabrication of Iron structure from 7 numbers hollow iron bar (40mm x 40mm x 5mm) horizontally frame after welding the same on three numbers vertical angle iron frame at the site. The support of the structure will be given by angle iron frame(40mm x 40mm x 6mm). The dimension of the structure is :16ft x 2.5ft. The structure will be supported by three nos foundation as per direction of EIC.The dimension of the three numbers foundation : 4 ft x 1.5 ft ,with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing with neat finishing.

SITC of the 6 mm laser cut acrylic letters of dimension : 30'' (the height of 11 Numbers of Bengali words) as per given matter. The front portion of the word will be blue. The letters will be fixed on the iron structure after making hole in the letters as well as on the iron structure by screws. Inside the letters there will be 1.5 W LED module (CDL) driven by 300Watt 12 V SMPS of IP65.There will be sufficient numbers along and inside the letters to make the letters glowing in the night.

EARTHING

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. (15Nos For Security Pole, 4Nos for Panel, 3Nos For Glow sign Board, 14Nos For Truss)

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (For DG)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

(b) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. (a) Solid GI wire
