The exemption in payment of EMD and tender fee shall be given to the,

product which they are manufacturing / service which they are providing and have

Udyam registration for items / service under procureme nt.

b) Startups which participate directly in tendering process for the product which they are

manufacturing / service which they are providing and recognized by DPIIT under the

Start-up India Program and has obtained Udyam registration

c) Organization which has registration certificate for the manufacturing product of the

tender, from Gujarat Khadi Gramodyog Board or Khadi and Village Industr ies

Commission (K.V.I.C) or Commissioner of Cottage Industries.

d) Board/Corporations/PSUs of the Central/State Government for their own manufactur ed

e) State Government recognized organizations like (i) organizations for blinds, dumb and

deaf, disabled, mentally disabled persons; (ii) women's self- help group recognized by

Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company; which participate directly in tendering process

similar categories (i.e. other than Manufacturers/Service Providers) are not eligib le

for EMD and Tender Fee exemption.

4. Any deviation found in Data / Details / Documents between on line offer (e-

the same bidder) will not be considered and no any further
