REPAIR REPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENT OF UNSV PIPELINES SUPPORTS FRESH WATER COPE POINTS INCLUDING ADDITION/ALTERATIONS OF PIPELINE AND ATTENDING COMPLAINTS BREAKDOWNS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS TO BARGE POINT AND OLD DOCKYARD AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M in depth and not exceeding 1.5M wide for cable/pipe and getting out in hard rock/Road/PCC hard standing and making the disturbed surfaces good same as existing before excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in(soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials(soil) not exceeding 50M, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out old MS/DI/CI pipe from MS structure in the gallery for replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 200 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, fixing and testing of 200 mm dia Medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe on PCC support or MS structure of Jetty in the Gallery all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying of MS/DI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 200 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out old MS/DI/CI pipe from MS structure in the gallery for replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of 150 mm dia Medium grade 4.85mm thick MS ERW pipe on PCC support or MS structure of Jetty in the gallery all as specified and directed.

M&L for relaying of MS/DI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 150 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out old MS/DI/CI pipe from MS structure in the gallery for replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix GI pipe heavy grade 100mm bore galvanized with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union etc complete laid as pcc supports including flanged joint with flanges,rubber gusket ms nuts & bolts support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed

M&L for relaying of GI/MS/DI pipe above after proper cleaning, descalling and fixing to original position for bore of pipe 100 mm including necessary rubber gusket, nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking out GI/MS/DI/CI pipe from PCC support or from MS strcture in gallery for repair/replacement/relaying for bore of pipe 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe Medium grade 50mm bore galvanized with all fittings including flanges such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union on PCC support or on MS strcture of Jetty Gallery complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour only for attending break down of pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/CI collar etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pupms, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge for the bore of CI/DI pipe 200mm. Note 1:- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of breakdown. (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down . Material and Labour only for Attending water leakage fresh water cope point complaints of up to 50/80mm GI pipe at any location inside jetty area and replacing the spares , where ever required and restore the water supply testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pumps, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Replacement of new GI fittings up to 50mm in place of U/S one included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix in repais stainless steel male coupling type `A' of size 63 mm bore as approved suitable for fresh water cope points all as specified and directed.

Labour for visual inspection of pipe line at marine jetty,inside/outside gallery for two barge points and arresting temporarily by closing the concerned valves,reporting any leakage inside jetty gallery by providing one pipe line fitter and two helpers complete all as specified and directed

M&l preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls endering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work even smooth an of water supply cope points/supports smooth as existing and applying three coats of white wash and applying synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning the debris and vegetation etc per month complete all as specified and directed

M& L for painting to external surface of MS pipe line/steel sections with one coats of epoxy red oxide and two coats of coal tar epoxy black complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of cope points at top of jetty with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

Labour for visual inspection of pipe line at marine jetty,inside gallery at old dockyard and arresting temporarily by closing the nearby valves,reporting any leakage inside jetty gallery by providing one pipe line fitter and two helpers complete all as specified and directed

Supply only MS fittings for water pipe line such bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including taking out broken CI /MS specials upto 200mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel framed work with structural steel section such as angle channel or flat ms section including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint incl dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for all as including taking out old unserviceable specified and directed.
