Earthing system for outdoor switchyard and indoor switchgear room including required number of ground electrodes, mat earthing system, earth pits, GI earth strips, safe electrodes, saddles, required hardware etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.5) and System description.

Lightning protection system for outdoor switchyard and indoor switchgear room including lightining masts (steel towers), shield wire, lightning spikes, interconnecting strips, required no of ground electrodes, earth pits (independent of the earth pits provided for earthing), GI earth strips etc. as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.6) and System description.

Automatic firefighting system including portable fire extinguishers (Dry powder type, CO2 type), sand buckets and Nitrogen injection Fire Extinguishing & Fire Protection system (NIFEFPS) for 10 MVA, 33/6.6 kV power transformers as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.7) and System description.

Pressurization for Switchgear & control room, capacitor bank room and battery room, Split Type Air conditioners of 2.0 T capacity, Ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep along with electronic fan regulators and 600 mm sweep Exhaust fan etc.as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.8) and System description.

CCTV system with bullet/dome/panaromic cameras and necessary hardware for entire outdoor switchyard and indoor switchgear control rooms of proposed 33/6.6 kV project substation as described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.9) and System description.

The SCADA system to control, protect, record and monitor all the 33 kV (incomer, buscoupler, power transformer, PT, station transformer & lighting transformer), 6.6 kV Feeders, 415 V feeders, 230 V (L-L) feeders and transformers (10 MVA, 100 kVA and 63 kVA) of the proposed 33/6.6 kV substationas described in scope of supply (Sl. no 3.5.10) and System description.

Miscellaneous items such as insulating mats of 25mm thick, danger plates as per IE rules, safety charts, safety belts and discharge rod as described in scope of supply (Sl no 3.5.10) and System description.

33 KV DOUBLE CIRCUIT OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION LINE a) 173 sq.mm AAA WOLF conductor for 33 kV double circuit overhead transmission line b) Conductor accessories including mid span joints, vibration dampers, repair sleeves, tension clamp, PG clamp etc. for AAAC WOLF conductor. c) Stranded G.I. wire of 7/10 SWG for continuous ground wire d) Ground wire accessories including suspension hardware assembly, tension hardware assembly, mid span joints, vibration dampers, repair sleeves, copper earth bond etc. for ground wire. e) Composite 33 kV disc insulator string set (11 kV 70 kN disc insulators - 4 nos. for each phase) for 33 kV double circuit overhead line. f) GI pipe of length 3000 mm and 40 mm dia and 12 mm dia G.I. nut and bolt, Galvanized iron earth strips/wires for chemical earth pits for earthing of steel tower structure. g) Counnterpoise earthing with supply of 7/10 SWG stranded GI wire. h) Miscellaneous tower accessories such as enamelled danger plates, enamelled number plates, enamelled phase plate, anti-climbing device complete set including barbed wire on towers etc. as per requirement. i) Detailed survey including route alignment, profiling, tower spotting, check survey, compensation of crops/trees/right of ways, stringing of power conductor and ground wire including transportation and distribution.
