M&L for disconnecting Jockey pump 7.5HP pump and taking out existing old motor and taking to the workshop for repair and opening the stator of the motor, cleaning the stator with CTC, preparing the surface and filling the slot with suitable insulating material like paper, fibre sleeves, tapes, rewinding with Super enamelled copper conductor of same gauge and no. of turns, varnishing, heating and replacing motor terminal block and shaft bearing complete, testing and reassembling after repairs to the motor and replacing of the corroded nuts and bolts of the pumpsets/mechnical glands arresting the leakages for specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for removal of sluice valve Spindle and casing of the 150 mm dia, draing out the water complete from the chamber with external pump and replacement of the cover gasket, Spindle cotton tape/gland packing along with corroded nuts and bolts, complete fixing and testing all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to existing sluice valve chamber of inner size up to and including 0.9mx0.9m complete by removing small plants, bushes from inside/out side the valve chambers, cleaning internal/external wall surfaces, refixing loose valve chamber cover frame by grouting, plastering internal/external walls with cement mortar 1:3 including filling up damaged portion with precast cement concrete solid block masnory 1:3:6 type C1 in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for supply and fixing of Star Delta Starer for 7.5 HP Mono block pump set Type MK 1 FASD of L&T/Havells complete fixing and testing all as specified and directed.
