Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centring and shuttering,including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for.:-

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Making MS Anchor bolts upto 20mm dia of 75cm length including threading & providing 2.0 nos nuts ,washers etc. and placing in position complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspectionof work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Disposal of building debris including lifting down from floor three level to ground level loading, mechanical transportation and unloading at approved dumping ground within a lead of 5 km.

Dismantling GI sheet roofing & refixing the same after the copletion of work with necessary nut bolts complete

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dismantling with care superstructure of three legged communication tower (upto 24 Mtr height roof top tower ) including dismembering Structural sections of the tower viz.angles,flats, channels, gusset plate, base plate, bolts, nuts, ladder, working platform, cable tray, antenna fixtures, lightning arrestor,earth strips, all cables of diameter up to 50mm dia, etc from roof top to the ground floor of the building etc..and stacking the same within 50 Mtr lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge. (The rate shall be inclusive of cost of making templates,providing safety measures, insurance charges and all labour involved in the operation including hire charges and mobilisation charges of tools and plants etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.).The materials shall be weighed in a weigh bridge.

Transportaion of tower materials by mechanical transport from Upputhara RTT site to CSC Kothamangalam (Approx 90.0 km) including ,loading,unloading,sorting and stacking etc. complete.

Erection of three legged light weight roof top communication tower(NB) indicated in item no.12(a) above.

Providing and applying paint of approved specification over the three legged light weight communication tower ( NB ) indicated in item no.13(a) above. Two or more coats of enamel paint Orange/ White of approved brand and manufacture.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories like nut bolts,lead strip,necessary excavation and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess icluding fixing insulators,heatshrink sleeve etc.. for connections etc. as required.

Providing GI strips of size 50 x 3 mm one end connected to the tower leg with GI bolt and nuts including providing and connecting alround the four legs at the bottoms of tower and the other end shall be connected to the GI plate earth/ring earth as per item 15 with 2.Nos. of 10 mm dia GI bolts and nuts including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing spike type copper lightening arrester of 1.0mtr length with necessary fixtures at top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to G.I plate earthing by GI strip which shall be paid seperately.

Providing and fixing PVC pipes of pressure class of 4 Kg/Sq.cm complete fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc complete
