Repair and Renovation to Fire Station Building at Papadahandi in Papadahandi Block for the year 2025 26

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing levelling the bed & deposited excaved nmaterials with 50 mt. away all labour T & P etc. complete.

Cement concrete ( 1:3:6 ) with 4cm size h.g. metal in foundation & plinth including hoisting lowering laying in layers 15 cm thick compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm. thick A.S. flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing debris within 50 mt. lead with all labour T & P etc. complete.

Finishing wall with weather coat paint two coats of approved shade to give an even shade including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with aluminium anodised T section no. 3215 with 2' - 0" center to center, L section no. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'- 0" x 2' - 0" with card board suspended from ceiling including cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P, cess, and hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Office room (1st Floor))

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint. (Inside Building (G.F))

Fixing vetrified tiles of 600 x 600mm in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Fixing vetrified tiles in daddo skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Painting two coats with any enamel paint to old wood or iron works including cost conveyance of all materials labour T & p etc. complete.

Finishing walls surface with acrylic putty of approve make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting incuding scafolding cost conveyance of all materials labour T & P etc. complete.

Fixing chequered tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost carriage royalty of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying and fitting of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block macking machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.
