Taking down and refixing/hanging only old serviceable ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose with all accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable DBs including all SPN/SP with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable bldg light fittings/security light fitting including bracket, etc. and deposit to EM store yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan complete in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat of suitable dust etc.

S&F, in repairs, stepped type electronic fan regulators, 120W/280V complete all as specified and directed. Make- Anchor Cat No. 33070 or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F, in repairs, sub-main wiring with 2 single core, 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLS, copper multi stranded conductor drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit and conduit acessories including drawing one run of PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade, FRLS, copper conductor multi stranded, 2.5 Sqmm size as continuous earth wire drawn through and connected to main switch/DB and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) 2 runs of main conductor, one run of earth conductor and one run of PVC conduit and acessories shall be measured as one unit length.(ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to includes cuttings chases for consealing PVC conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 complete.

M&L, in repair, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m.
