Taking out old existing LT UG CABLE from pole /wall / trench (Approx minimu length of 20 m), any size from 16 sq mm to 240 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt / jointed area and relaying after proper joint kit in passing through trench / wall / pole necessary testing with proper clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc all as specefied and directed by Engr -in-charge. (Note: (i) Heat shrinkable joint kit, excavation, removal, refilling, sand, bricks etc shall be measured and paid separatly under relevent items. (ii) The layout diagram showing length of effective cable and location and its excavation length shall entered in MB)

M& L for heat shrinkable straight through joint for LT UG cable including jointing kits complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conducter cable of size incl fixtures and fittings etc for the following sizes complete all as specefied and directed. Make: 3M/Denson/Raychem

M&L for Removing electric / mechanical connections of old LT UG CABLE from MCCB of existing LT Panel of size from 16 sqmm to 240 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt end/ jointed area and after refixing to MCCB/ACB with new aluminium thimble /lugs set , incl covered with proper insulated tape, clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc all as specefied and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Decarburizing/cleaning complete LT 415 Volts 3 phase panel/ bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacement of defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing indication lamp, 230 volts AC, LED type colour of RYB complete all as directed. Make :- KAYCEE / TECHNIK / L & T

Supply and replacement of multi core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core cable to be connected with street light fittings to loop-in and out boxes with its end point terminal connection all as directed

S&F Air circuit breaker 4 pole 415 V with thermal magnetic release( manual fixed type) of capacity 400 Amps necessary modification in LT panel necessary fixture and fitting necessary tools and plants etc including taking out defective ACB removing of electrical and mechanical connection complete all as specified and directed Make :ABB/Seimens/Schneider

M&L for maintenance of 11KV CT chamber by disconnecting all 3 phase cable connections, extended bus bars and from VCB Bus and taking out from panel mounted position, testing for proper functioning, body leakage, checking & cleaning / decarbonising of all contact points of CT, epoxy body and Bus bars, complete CT chamber using hot blower and CTC solution, applying backlot (Red) solution to the CT body and refixing the same CT to original position, re-connection of all existing cables, extended bus bars, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New CTs If required shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Maintenance, servicing, cleaning of Busbar chamber of each VCB including connecting bus bar from CT to Bus bar, spout, support insulator, opening of covers, using CTC and clean cloth and hot air blower/vacuum cleaner, checking for any loose contact, tightening of all nuts & bolts, refixing all covers, replacement of defective bus spout complete all as specified and directed Note :- New Bus spout if required shall be measured and paid as supply only.

Supply only Resin Cast CT dual core, CT ratio- 100/50/5A-5A For 800A , 11 KV VCB panel.

M&L for maintenance/servicing of PT unit 11Kv / 110V by disconnecting and taking out from panel mounted position, checking & cleaning of fixed and moving contact points, cleaning/ decarbonising of bus bar connections, resin cast PTs using hot blower, CTC solution, applying backlot (Red) solution to the epoxy PT body, tightening of all nuts, bolts, washers, and refixing the same PT to original position, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification of faults and retrofit of electrical circuit of 11 KV VCB with suitable IED's by checking CT/PT healthiness , proper programming of multifunctional meters and replacement of defective components & wiring with FRLSH multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade as per existing size of wire complete all as specified and directed Note :- Required new components will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
