Erection and removal of Pendals for Sri GT Brahmotsvams Tirupati for the year 2026

Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for providing bunting cloth of white or red or green colour to the Casurinas or Eucalyptus posts etc., complete to the full height and cloth used preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Utsavam period and should be removed after the same is over as directed during execution and should be repaired without any extra rate if the cloth is spoiled due to any means. The Contractor should allow the Electric and flowers decoration over the cloth done Departmentally without any claim. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Hire charges for supply, spreading and removing of PVC chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward,against theft and fire accedents, repairs and replacement etc.,complete during the said period.Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc.,complete. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for supply of steel dinning tables of size 1’6” x 6’0” including loading and unloading. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for providing Rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 14' at the ends and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span of ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc,.

The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheets/Aluminium sheets/Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drained off. (This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses.) Necessary rain water collection facility and drainage arrangement shall be made. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Hire charges for providing Pendals of different spans with clear height of 14'-0" to 16'- 0" at the ends, and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span ranging from 30' to 80’ or any other span not less than 30’ as per the requirement.The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary supports on the ground to withstand heavy wind. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entre roof shall be made of one layer of nylon net with opening of size 100 x 100 mm .The nylon net must be provided with suitable openings alround for stiffness and for tying at the ends. The entre roof is to be covered with PVC coated lacquered finish fabric of approved GSM (750 to 850) over the nylon net for providing shelter. Necessary tying arrangements to be made to the PVC fabric with nylon rope any other suitable material to keep the same in position.The rates is including conveyance of all materials , hire charges and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of the stipulated period etc.,complete. *Necessary rain water collection facility and drainage arrangement shall be made. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies. *The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.

Hire charges for MS Pipes Scaffolding - using MS pipes of 40mm diameter and special type clamps("Nandu" clamps) and after completion of work/festival the scaffolding should be removed carefully.The rate is inclusive of hire charges, conveyance charges of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of the work/festival etc., complete. The Scaffolding measurements shall be taken as 'Length x Average height' (One side of the Scaffolding only) - do - up to 15 Mtrs height

Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution .

Hire charges for providing Pagodas of 20ft x 20ft size with clear height of 10' at the ends and 14' height at centre. The pagodas shall be provided with adequate MS trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The entire roof shall be covered suitably with Fabric firmly fixed to the purlins etc., The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

1.Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5.The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
