M&L providing and laying 60mm thick factory made, chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made of table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including demolition of existing tiles and removal outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonry built in CM 1:4 uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and pointed surface in contact with earth in the same mortar incl providing weep holes as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 4 here-in-above but except stone. Note: Old stone obtained against demolition shall be used

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster including tiles of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of cement base paint upto 15mtr height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet, 3mm thick, aluminium layered, any approved colour fixed to walls, ceiling or any position fixed as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: MAPL or equivalent.

Dismantling of Trellis work (RCC Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separtely) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections like angle, channel, flat etc as inframed work such as grills,gratings,etc,with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes, framed guard bars;barred iron doors;ladders ;framed balusters;walk ways;railings;framedwork of water tanks andsimilar work confirming toFe-290Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PCC louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings sets in CM 1:4 type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description, over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground including taking out fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n exc 0.50 cu.m,getting out,returning,filling on and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for filling MS angle post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, dirlled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured parking tiles size 400mm x 400mm x 12mm laid in floor or wall over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:4 with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/flooring, finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
