Repairs to 1600 Amp main ACB Feeder (01 No.) by way of: Disconnecting of the 1600 Amp draw out type main air circuit Breaker (ACB) from the main circuit, Extraction of ACB from the main panel loading in a pvt hired vehicle carriage up to workshop, Extraction of all electrical and mechanical components from the ACB then general servicing/oiling of mechanical mechanism for smooth functioning of ACB, P/F of suspension springs. Locking mechanism, Electrical gadgets like overloading tripping mechanism, minor repairs to Aux. wiring. The job also includes buffing/cleaning the main contact points, Brushing/Removing the rust deposits around the contact points. Refitting/Fitting of all in the ACB connecting to main electric circuit then finally testing on load.
Repairs to 800 Amp. ACB Outgoing feeder (02 No) by way of: Disconnecting of the 800 Amp fixed type out going Air circuit Breaker(ACB) from the main circuit, Extraction of ACB from the main panel loading in pvt hired vehicle carriage upto workshop, Extraction of all electrical and mechanical components from the ACB then general servicing of the ACB by way of P/F of suspension springs, locking mechanism , electrical gadgets like overloading tripping mechanism, Minor repairs to Aux. wiring. The job also includes oiling of the mechanical mechanism & cleaning of all components in the ACB for smooth function of the ACB. Refitting/fitting of all the ACB connecting to electric circuit in the panel testing on full load . The job also includes carriage of ACB’s from workshop to site after repairs in a Pvt hired vehicle arranged by the firm.
