PILE FOUNDATION:
Boring for bored cast-in-situ piles 600mm dia. in any type of soil/clay/ soft rock except hard rock/fractured rock using DMC (Direct Mud Circulation) method of boring and getting out and disposal of spoil out side MD land complete all as specified and as shown on drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Boring for 600mm dia. bored cast in situ piles in hard rock (to a depth of 3 x600mm) and getting out and disposal of spoil out side MD land using DMC method (Direct Mud Circulation) complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Carrying out initial compressive load test on 600mm dia. pile as per IS 2911 Part-IV, complete all as specified and as directed.
Carrying out initial lateral load test on 600mm dia. pile as per IS 2911 Part-IV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note fot Item Nos.15 to 21: Test results shall be approved by the CWE. The GE shall intimate CWE before commencing the load test and the test shall be carried out in presence of the authorised representative detailed by the CWE.

FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded 1100 Volts grade, ISI marking drawn through and including non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories medium grade, ISI marked, including modular metal flush box with and including modular white cover plate with frame for mounting modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc. including one run of 1.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable for earth continuity, connected to earth dolly, for One light/bell point controlled by one no. one way switch or One fan (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounted) point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(One for main LT panel and one spare) complying the following specifications complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: HT Side: 11 kV, 630 Amps, 21 kA/1 sec, non-extensible breaker in min 2.5mm stainless non ferrite and non magnetic robotically welded steel tank with copper bus bar, compact switchgear consisting of one no. Consumable store room The central air conditioning plant should comprise the following
[A]CHILLER PACKAGE UNIT:- Micro processor controlled screw chiller unit complete, factory assembled, factory tested, of minimum 150 TR x 3 Nos(one number as standby), minimum 300 TR nominal cooling capacity working on latest eco friendly (With no greenhouse effect) refrigerant (Green gas) comprising of screw compressors operated with green gas suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, piping controls & accessories, starter & microprocessor control panel, refrigerant, oil charged mounted on common base frame with anti vibration pads complete as per manufacturer's specifications as recommended by OEM: 03 Nos (Two nos working at a time and one stand by). [i] Efficiency of screw type chiller package shall comply with latest ECBC norms. [ii] The contractor shall submit catalogue indicating model No of unit offered and test certificate indicating power consumption at 25%, 50% 75% and 100% load for approval of GE before placing the final order. Power consumption at part load shall also be as per ECBC norms. [iii] The screw type chillers shall be accepted by GE based on test certificates. RCC foundation as per manufacturers standards shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
[iii] HDPE/PVC make up water tank of adequate capacity but not less than 10000 liters (02 Nos) installed on PCC/brick staging up to height as per manufacturer specifications for make up water requirement including brass float valve with polyethylene ball, over flow and drain arrangement, incoming connection of suitable bore GI pipe medium grade from tank to tapping point including necessary cutting of existing pipe line and tapping of branch connections with GI pipe of suitable bore medium grade all as directed (The item rate is inclusive of provisioning all connected inlet pipe lines from existing sources and all outlet pipes - 01 Job [iv] Energy efficient mono block type 3 phase electric driven pump sets of adequate capacity working on 415V AC for re-circulation of condenser water of 50% plant capacity-03 Nos (02 Nos working and 1 No standby) & FASD starter for re-circulation of condenser water with ribbed rubber vibration isolation pads two nos mounted on ISMC frame (painted with anti corrosive primer & paint) on PCC foundation complete all as specified or as recommended by OEM. - 01 Job [v] Condenser water piping of MS class 'B' medium grade (ISI marked), pipe and fitting of suitable size connected/jointed by electric arc continuous welding including two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer for interconnecting the cooling tower with condensers and pump, make up water tank, drain pipe, complete with Y strainer, NRV,pressure gauges and butterfly valves- 01 Job. Make of MS pipes will be approved by GE [vi] Non-chemical type on line scale preventer of required size as per the capacity of the condenser water pumping system including piping and control valve.
[a] Compressors : Semi hermetic screw compressors with minimum loading capacity 25%, operating voltage 360 - 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply and working with refrigerant R- 410A / R - 407C / R - 134A. [b] Condenser Section : Shell and Tube type condenser internally knurled copper tubes [c] Expansion Valve : Electronic expansion valve should be capable enough to operate on wider temperature range with energy efficient improvement at part load conditions, as per manufacturer's specifications. [d] Evaporator : Flooded type evaporator all as per manufacturer's specifications. [e] Safety Protection : Safety protection on low cooling temperature, low oil pressure, high refrigerant pressure, electric leak, compressor overload, high/low voltage and single phasing shall be provided. Automatic control of refrigerant condition and compressor ON/OFF status and loading sequence system shall be provided. [f] Refrigerant : HFC - 134A / HFC - 410A / HFC - 407C of zero ozone depletion potential refrigeration circuits of total capacity as per manufacturer's specifications. [g] Control : Micro Processor control with LCD interface capable of monitoring all machine operating parameters like suction / discharge pressure Oil pressure, compressor operating hours, set point, air temperature, entering/ leaving water temperature etc complete and precisely manages the operation of compressors, expansion devices, fans and of the evaporator/ chiller water pump for optimum energy efficiency as per manufacturers specifications.
[C] CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM Comprising of the following:- [i] Chiller unit - 03 Nos [ii] Energy efficient mono block type 3 phase electric driven pump sets of adequate capacity working on 415V AC for re-circulation of chilled water of 50% plant capacity-03 Nos (02 Nos working and 1 No standby) including 100mm dia Pressure gauge on delivery side of pumps including rubber vibration isolation pads mounted on ISMC frame (painted with anti corrosive primer & paint) on PCC foundation including all connections complete all as specified. - 01 Job [iii] Chilled water piping with MS Medium Grade ERW pipe of suitable diameter including all wieldable fittings, butterfly valves NRVs & 'Y' strainers for interconnection between water chiller, chilled water pumps with AHUs and cooling coil units. Chilled water piping shall be insulated with 75mm thick EPS pipe section TF quality cladded with Aluminium sheet 26 SWG including water flow switch and electrically operated modulating / Three way mixing valve of required size with actuator & modulating thermostat control for each AHU - 1 No. [iv] PVC / HDPE Expansion tank of 2000 ltrs capacity including insulation with 75mm thick fibre glass/thermo coal/density of 24kg/cum finished with cement plaster including civil works and painting with 3 coats of cement based paint and GI medium grade piping connections and necessary piping control valves on inlet, outlet and wash out, float valve etc-01 Job.
[D] AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM : Comprising of the following:- [i] Double skin construction air handling unit suitable for chilled water system made out of extruded aluminium structural frame /aluminium corners and intermediate connecting pieces and panels of galvanised steel sheet of appropriate thickness as recommended by OEM on both sides with 25mm thick pressure injected PUF of appropriate density using CFC free blowing agent ,the panels having scratch free plastisol coating on outer side.The fan section should be mounted on anti vibration spring isolators and free from main structure.The fan should be back ward curved centrifugal fan with air discharge up blast, belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity.The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated . The filter section consist of prefilter with 5 micron 90% efficiency .The other accessories are view port, limit switch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan , volume control damper with Energy Efficient Motor(EE Series) of suitable capacity and specified makes, AHU shall be provided with UVC emitters & fixtures in sufficient quantity so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on the coil and in the drain pan all as specified or as recommended by OEM. [ii] Strip type Heater bank of suitable capacity in three banks with necessary copper conductor wiring for banking complete - 03 Sets [iii] Pan type humidifier comprising of stainless steel tank and pan necessary heater, wiring, water piping GI pipe medium grade 15mm bore including float valve and brass stop cock in inlet pipe. The make of GI pipe will be approved by GE [iv] Humidistats and Thermostats are to be provided in AHU room [v] Three way Mixing Valve of required size with motorised actuator and modulating thermostat control for AHU.
[vi] Accoustic Insulation with 25mm thick fibre glass rigid boards and finished with RP tissue paper and 28 mm gauge aluminium perforated sheet upto 5 mt from outlet of the air plenum including air plenum for all AHUs all as specified and directed. [vii] Under deck insulation for AHU rooms shall be provided with Fire retardant XPE closed cell of appropriate thickness as recommended by OEM metalised polyester film and self adhesive backings with protection peel off paper. [viii] Fresh air damper with GI bowl/ fittings and mosquito proof netting shall be provided for AHU. [E] AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM:- Comprising of the following:- [i] Supply and return air ducting made out of commercial grade GI sheet Zinc coating 120 grade, IS : 277 and factory fabricated as per SMACNA - 1995 standards and as per IS-655 , required portion of duct shall be acoustically insulated with standard size of AC sheets, insulated with 25 mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg /cum covered with factory laminated aluminium foil fixed with adhesive tape & finally cladded with 26 SWG aluminium sheet & supported by internal channel & clamping, wherever the ducting passes through un-conditioned space shall be insulated with 75 mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg /cum and covered with GI chicken wire mesh and cladded with aluminium foil fixed with adhesive tape and finally cladded with 26 SWG aluminium sheet & supported by internal channel & clamping,wherever the ducting is exposed to sky shall be insulated with 75 mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool of density 24 Kg /cum covered with polythene sheet faced hessian cloth, GI chicken wire mesh and cladded with sand cement plaster and supported by MS channel & clamps complete in all respect. 22. Contractor should submit Design folder duly incorporating complete design, heat load calculations as per ASHRAE standards, layout plans and specifications and make/brand as per zonal specifications of equipment incl BoQ duly bound 3 hard copies and soft copy in 2 Nos CDs duly vetting from IIT/NIT for acceptance of Accepting Officer before execution.
Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt ait filter for better air quality and min 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of cap 1.5 TR invertor fitted incl necessary electric connection cable, copper tubing and stand with MS bolts all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuraacy of 2.5 % of cap 2 KVA
Sypply, install, commissioing and testing of commercial air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, three phase 440 V 50 Hz made out of MS/CRCA sheet of min thickness 18 guage finished with two coat of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint(oven baked) with MS CRC 18 guage perforrated suctuin grills, alluminium alloy fans and single phase eleectric motor, nozzles etc complete with fittings nd accessories sa as to produce 1-1.5 m/s air velocity at floor level for door opening size 70" x 96" complete all as specified.

Outsourcing of services for operaion of Central type AC plant including Cooling tower, AHUs, Electrical Control panels, Pumps, and connected equipment in complete AC system round the clock during First Year of the two year Defect Liability Period by providing services of One skilled trades man of AC & Refrigeraton mechanic (ITI Qualified) with 2 to 3 years relevent experience in 3 shifts eight hours each on all the days including sunday & holidays including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc. to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of AC Plant to the entire satisfication of users/department including maintaining necessary records and documents etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
