Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder shall possess demonstrable experience in rendering professional services to Government Companies, Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, Government Departments or Companies registered under the Companies Act involving taxation, statutory compliance, accounting, financial reporting and audit coordination

The Chartered Accountant Firm must have minimum of 5 years of experience in providing Chartered Accountant services satisfactorily to at least one Government Company in Hotels / Tourism sectors.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a Chartered Accountant holding a valid Membership Certificate issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

The bidder shall have average professional gross receipts of not less than 75 lakh during the preceding three financial years supported by audited financial statements.
