The contrector has to detect different utilites like sewer line water supply line elecctric cable telephone cable gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavetion and shall start of excavetion and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer -in Charge .

Extra rates for quantities of works, executed: In or under foul position, including pumping out water as required Rate 25 % .

Empty Bag Filling by Sand Supply and Laying of sandy earth plastic cement bags ( volume 0.035 cum ) including cost of earth, cost of empty bags , labour , stitching with sututely complete , laying and placing complete at the place of restoration of Embankment.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced concrete work , using cement content as per approved design mix , manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a leads having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately ),All works upto plinth level.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 mt.
