Surface dressing n.exc. 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and 1.5 mtr depth for foundation/laying of pipe/taking out of pipe etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 meters & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth round in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick ,spread, levelled ,rammed and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 0.2 to 0.5 tone hand roller including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for sub base in floor fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, P.C.C 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) for base in floor fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded stone aggreagate as in coping , benching incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for half brick work in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius with locally available Subclass ‘B’ old size best quality bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surface and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in trusses, purlins, posts and the like using tubular/ square hollow sections including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes/SHS conforming to IS.1161 - 2014 / IS.4923 - 1997 grade St.-210 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinay and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe 410W (Gde-E -250) Quality 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist,channel,angle iron or tee section, compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts etc for modification and addition and alteration of existing staging/base for water tanks with all necessary cutting,welding ,drilling and febrication etc as required shape complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or untreated steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm. in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints, over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/claddings to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
