TENDER FOR HIRING OF SERVICES FOR HYDRO-TESTING OF 4500WL AND 3000WL CNG CASCADES INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION

Hydro testing of CNG Cylinders as per the Scope defined in Gas Cylinder Rule 2016 & IS 8451-2009, including reconditioning of cascade frame. Transportation of one cascade at a time to and from for both ways from Guwahati/Silchar to vendor’s factory including all required man and machinery for the job including loading & unloading at Guwahati/Silchar and at vendors factory. The scope includes disconnection of tubing , dismantling the cascade from the foundation, transportation of CNG cascades from PBGPL site/ Store and at vendors factory. Cascade testing/transport/unloading/loading, refurbishment, epoxy painting(including structure) and certification of cascade cylinders including safe dismantling from existing system as per PESO norms and latest applicable Gas Cylinder rules. Re-Installation of Cascade at PBGPL site in existing system, leak check, recommissioning, etc to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
