Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise speciically provided for and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise speciically provided for and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and neatly stacking at site where directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, coping, bed plates, water throughts and the like including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No 8 here-in-above but except block -do-

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and frame, Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S&F MS hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 15 here- in – above but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia as in stirrups - do -

Dismantling of existing Deteriorated barbered wire fencing and S&F new galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified. (Each line wire to be measured).

S&F stainless steel (Grade-304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates in decorative type etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dah fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered exclusing accessories such as nuts, bolts, faterners etc).

Taking down existing glass coping including bedding mortar and provide Broken glass coping to entire width on top of compound wall over and including 25mm thick 1:3 cement mortar complete and finally removing the debris / rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500 Mts.and depositing where directed. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed & reomaval of debris/ rubbish from to a distance as described)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone/ PCC block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of colour wash complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of colour was complete all as directecd.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as directed. (Note: Colour scheme is approved by GE)

M&L for preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.
