Earth Work

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Form Work

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations,footings,bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood. 35 mm thick shutters

Sanitary installation

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work ( a ) 25 mm nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete :. 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

Fixing water meter and stop cock in G.I. pipe line including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (cost of water meter and stop cock to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing Polyethelene-AluminiumPolyethelene PE-AL- PE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to IS - 15450, U.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with clamps at 1.00 metre spacing.
