Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as spescified and as diercted.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or aboce ground Level.)

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in foundation trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil

Excavating over areas nexc 1.50 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas exc 1.50 m and nexc 3.00 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

M&L for RCC M30 Design mix (20 mm graded aggrgates) foundations, including raftfs, footings , plinth beams, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC M30 Design mix (20 mm graded aggrgates) walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls, walls and the like any thickness above top of footings incl attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for RCC M30 Design mix (20 mm graded aggrgates) slabs supported on walls , beams and coloumns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed

M&L formwork to sides of plinth beams , foundations , bases of columns , rafts and raft beams , sides and soffits(if any ) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batterand other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls , retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters , buttresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs , landings and similar work, not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in landings cover slabs, (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class -B and filled in soak pit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation complete al as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage not exc 63mm but n exc 40mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

Rendering 20 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and with WPC @ 2% finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 75mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC(SWR) 75mm dia vent cowls complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement cocnrete of type C-2 1:3:6 bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars as in sewage lines laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cast iron work grade FG 150 artciles wt nexc 5 kg each in brackets ,gully traps, gratings, railing, frames , man hole covers , fire and soot doors , dampers , stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges , balusters and similar arcticles complete all as specified and as directed.
