Construction of 11 KV H.T. Overhead Double Feeder line from 33/11 KV Sub-Station at CIT Kokrajhar.

5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

5.7 Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductro earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

5.9 Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 00 G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

8.1 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. 8.1.1 Upto 120 sq.mm

13.1 Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/30 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 xm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20mmX600mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

13.10 Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

13.11 Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

13.13 Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor (LA) suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

12.37 Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

14.16 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refiling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required. 14.16.2 19 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm)

2.22 Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250mm X 200mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required..

MR-1 Supplyig with fitting fixing of GI Channel 100mmx50mmx6mmx2200mm 11 KV over head line with nuts and bolts as required complete and directed by the deptt.

MR-2Supplying with fitting fixing of GI angle T-Cross arm size 100mmx50mmx6mm 11 KV overhead line nuts & bolts as required complete and as directed by the deptt.

MR-3 Supplying with fitting fixing of FI Channel 75mm x 40 mm x 6mm 11 KV overhead line nuts & bolts as required complete and as directed by the deptt. (Belt & Stand).

MR-4 Supplying with fitting fixing of GI angle 50mm x 40mm x 6mm 11 KV overhead line nuts & bolts as required complete and as directed by the deptt. (Belt & Stand)

MR-5 Supplying with fitting fixing of 11 KV overhead line pole clamp with nuts & bolts as required complete and as directed by the deptt.

MR-6 Supplying with fitting fixing of 11 KV Tension Hareware for AAAC 1C 120 sqmm covered conductor as required complete and as directed by the deptt. (Belt & Stand)

MR-7 Supply of following size of GLOSTER Brand HT cable with stranded compact circular Aluminium conductor, Conductor screened with Extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, Insulation Screened with Extruded semiconductiong compound in combination with Copper Tape, Aluminium Dlat Strip/ Round Wire armoured and overall PVC ST2 Sheathed cable (Conforming to IS: 7098 Part-II 2011) as specified and directed by the deptt. (GLOSTER or equivalent make as approved by this Deptt.) 120.00 sq.mm 1 Core U.G. Armoured H.T. Cable.

MR-8 Supplying MVCC (Medium Voltage covered conductor) 11 KV HT Cable 11 KV 1 Core x 120 sq.mm AAAC covered conductor.

MR-9 Supplying including erection of 12.0 Mtr. G.I. Steel Tubular Pole (410sp-66) (Stnd. Weight 322 K.g.) along with fitting fixing, excavation work, foundation of bolts and nuts in RCC work in 1:3:6 proportion of 1.80 Mtr. Depth, Cement plastering and etc. complete with all necessary materials as required and specified by the Department.

MR-10 Supplying with fitting and fixing 11 KV 1 Core x 120 sq.mm covered conductor Mid Span Jointing Kit (Outdoor type) with all necessary material complete as required and as directed by the Deptt.

MR-11 Supplying with fitting and fixing 11 KV 1 Core x 120 Sq.mm covered conductor cable Termination Jointing Kit - 11 KV (Straight through Type) with all necessary material complete as required and as directed by the Deptt.

MR-12 Supplying with fitting and fixing 11 KV 1 Core x 120 Sq.mm covered conductor Wedge connector Kit - 11 KV (Straight through Type) with all necessary material complete as required and as directed by the Deptt.

MR-13 Supplying and fixing of 11 KV GOAB Switch 400 A Gang operated switch with all accessories complete as required and as directed by the department.

MR-14 Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 150 A D.O. fuse set complete as required and as directed by the department.
