Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed/surface type on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for modular covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for the following :- Note:-1. Metal flush/sunken Box, modular switch/socket cover plate & sheet are inclusive in the item rate quoted. 2. Only switches, socketes and fan regulators to be measured and paid seperately. (a) One light point /fan point/Exhaust fan point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch and fan regulator.

All as per item No 01.00 here in before but socket outlet 3 pin, 5 Amp on independent board, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Modular Switch one way 6 Amps, one module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Modular Socket 6 Amps, 5 Pin, 2 Module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm, 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls of suitable size for fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan and lovers including making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Exaust fan steel body AC single phase 230 Volts of size 300 mm Sweep , 1400RPM , double ball bearing,heavy duty with four blades, frames and louvers including fixing arrangment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Air circulator/cabin fan/ wall mounting fan of 400/450 mm sweep, 230 volts including fan motor, blade set with of high performance motor, better air delivery thermal overload protector including fitting acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm (nominal area ),single core ,FRLSH PVC insulated and unshaethed stranded cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked in and including heavy duty ,PVC concealed conduit for one industrial type metal clad earth plug and socket out let with earth dolly including FRLS PVC Insulated unsheathed copper conductor 4 Sqmm nominal cross section area as earth continuity conductor upto common earth and connecting to common earth dolly complete and including cutting/chasing of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body. (c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated. (d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. (g) Multiple Heating Option. (h) Multiple Functional Safety Valve. (j) Thermal Cutout Capillary Type. NOTE : - Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. (a) For product - 02 Years (b) For metal tank 07 years.

Supply and fixing for 15mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including, making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 20mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including, making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix temperature resistent PVC pipe not less than 60 Cm long suitable for incoming & out going connections of Geyser with washer etc. complete as an directed.

Supply and fix Bib Tap cast copper alloy of 15 mm bore with crutch or butter fly handle ,screwed down ,screwed for pipe connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix stop/Gate valve cast copper alloy of 15 mm bore screwed down ,high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwded both end for pipe or for unions and fixedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure with two pin & earth plug and socket comptete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 240 Volts 6 to 32 Amps capacity, 'B' series including fixing in existing DB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cutting and Screwing existing steel tubing in position without taking down for alterations or additions or lengthening screw on pipe to connector for 20mm Bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc n exc 50mm dia and making good disturbed surface including necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
