Dismantaling & Demolishing

Demolishing / Dismantling carefully as described in below, taking away all the salvageable materials, clearing and carting away the debris / unusable materials from the work/site area including barricading, defastening, cutting, handling, stacking, etc., all as directed including all labour, equipment, tools tackles, scaffolding, transport, safty ladders, safety belts, fuel etc. complete. Note:- 1. The tenderer shall indicate the salvage value of useful material like S.S. / M.S. railing, reinforce bars, G.I. metal ceiling tile with grid of kitchen/store/pantry/washing area of canteen, fittings of Cooking area /counter, Sinks, Washing & store area Aluminium door, Drinking area fitting, Puff sheet roofing of staff toilet block at Ground Floor , Washing area of kitchen with fitting& its chimmney of mechenical vantilation of kitchen area & all Granite stone work like under counter area, partition & counter top etc taken out from the building after adjusting the delmolishing cost. The net credit amount payable to the HansRaj College for the demolition of the building shall be calculated by deducting demolition cost of scaffolding, transportation of serviceable and unserviceable material. Unserviceable material and debris etc. to be disposed off in nearest dumping ground. 2. While dismantling vendor should take all safety mearsure by keeping sand bags and MS Gali above the floor so that the dismantling work effect does not harm our existing under floor Area. 3. The contractor should visit the site before quoting this item. The Job include following work in Porta cabin (inclusive) : Note:- The amount of this item shall be recoverable from contractor 1st Running Bill and shall be Deducted from total cost of the work.

a). Existing half brick Wall/ cementBoard/Gypsum partition as per drawing b). All counter in existing kitchen, service area, store & drinking area ( site should be cleared as per instruction of EIC) c). Existing chimmney for mechanical ventilation of kitchen e). chimmney Ducting with motor units f ). Flooring with C.C. from store, service counter area, seating area,open terrace area and kitchen. g). S.S. railing from open terrace. h). G.I.Metal tile False ceiling with Grid of cooking area, pantry, washing & store area of canteen area at first floor. i). Electrical fittings conduit, wiring of open area, service counter area, kitchen & store at first floor. j). G.I.or PVC Piping work/ fitting / fixture of Plumbing work of old Canteen area at first floor k) Exsting Rain water gutter of exisitng porta cabin at roof level. l) Exiting puff sheet roof of existing toilet block at ground floor of porta cabin. m) R.C.C of working counter of kitchen, store, pantry area, drink area with reinforce bar The assessed salvage value of useful materials to be taken from the above area. Note:- - Existing doors & windows Frames & FRP Shed with MS frame work at First Floor of porta cabin should be taken out under serivceable condtition for reuseing & fixing to other college area as per direction of EIC. (Fixing charges inluding in item, no extra payment will be paid ) - Vendor can visit the site before quoting this item.

Demolishing P.C.C. / R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within College campus lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Demolishing brick work with plaster & wall tile / without plaster manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within College campus lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (No Extra payment will be paid of Plater & wall Tiles).

Removing & Refixing of existing FRP roofing (size 16.0M x 3.0M approx. ) with M.S Structure from First floor of Existing porta cabin to within College campus as per direction of EIC including new Foundation, Painting of MS. Structure , Cutting / welding , Fabricating as per proposed site condition. NOTE:- The contractor should visit the site before quoting this item

Removing & Refixing of existing ceiling lights & Existing Ceiling Fans as per Proposed Layout at First Floor including New Wiring of 1.5 sq mm with conduit of 20 mm dia. including dissconnection, connection, testing & Comminssioning as per direction of EIC.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, all loads including all lifts involved. Note:- Malba quantity is equal to dismantled material / items. No factor will apply in MB.

Earth Work

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, any depth including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed by EIC of College .

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Make :- JK , BIRLA

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Make :- Asian , Berger , Nerolac.

(b) Two or more coats on old / new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Pre- Fabricated Porta Cabin

Supply, Installation, commissioning including Design certifiy from Architect proposed of Leak proof porta cabin of having 1Nos. of rooms (size 5.3M x 7.3M approx), 1 nos rooms (size 6.8M x7.2M approx) & 1.5M wide passage at First Floor of exisitng faculity Depatment Block in Porta cabin as per drawing enclosed for HansRaj College, Malka Gunj, Delhi in Pre Engineered Technology with structural steel work including required Foundation work & Civil work with all respect as per design required and Puff Insulated continous sandwich panel as approved by Architect in all respect as per approved drawings. (Note:- The design has to be approved by our consultanting Architect.)

(a) Wall Panels- The prefabricated Room outer wall shall be constructed of 80 mm thick PUF insulated panels. The Prefabricated Room wall shall be constructed of 80MM thick PUF insulated panels having 40+2 Kg/M3 density lined with 0.5mm thick pre coated GI sheet both side. These panels shall be interlocked together through tongue & Groove system along with camlock with provision of fixing high wall air-conditioning unit and smart boad in walls. The polyurethane will be conforming to IS 12436-1988 and flammability as per 52 DIN 4102 part-1. The PU is injected into the panel with a high pressure dispensing unit capable of forming a panel in single shot. The hydraulic press has oil heated platens which allow smooth flow of PUF chemicals mixture when it is injected for forming of panels.

(b) Roof Panels - The Prefabricated Room roof shall be constructed of (50+30) MM thick PUF insulated panels having 40+2 Kg/m3 density lined with 0.5mm thick pre coated GI sheet both side. The top sheet of the panel is in trapezoidal shape. These panels shall have overlap joinery system. Each panels shall have reinforcement m.s. tube of 40mmx40mmx1.2mm with Hanging arragement for fixing projector in ceiling. The polyurethane will be conforming to IS 12436-1988 and flammability as per 52 DIN 4102 part-1. The PU is injected into the panel with a high pressure dispensing unit capable of forming a panel in single shot. The hydraulic press has oil heated platens which allow smooth flow of PUF chemicals mixture when it is injected for forming of panels. Roof should have gutter for rain water & with vertical rain water pipe on both side.

(J) Jointing system of wall & Roof Panels- The Roof panels are joined with the wall panels with internal & external flashings made from PCGI sheets and duly riveted with the wall & roofing.

(K) MS Strcuture- Structure shall be fabricated of Rectangular Hollow Sections for Columns and Cold Form Folded Sections for trusses, purlins and runners. The steel structures shall be primer coated with one coat and finish painted with two coats. Additional M.S. member in MS Structure of walls & ceiling/roofing should to provided to fixing Casette Type A.C. / Hi-wall Type A.C. , Smart Board & projecor.

(l) Note:- The strength of Structure withstand the 50m/s velocity of wind. And the design should be in according to IS:1875 (Part-1) & IS:( Part-2) and IS:800:2007 (IS PART-3). Note:- All Shop Drawing prepard by Vendor as well as Design, Drawings should get approved by Architect before start of work.

(m) Vendor should specificed the Fire Rating of material uses for the constructing of porta Cabin i.e. for sheeting & filling material of Puf.

(n) Doors :- Supply and installation of Powder Coated Aluminium doors ( size 1.2M X2.7M or as per site condition) with ventilator of 600mm high above door of required width as per drawing having with 16 gauge Thickness having Two soild panel of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board & one glazed panel of 5mm thick toghened glass. Door should have vision panel with all necessary fitting & fixture in S.S. like Handles, Lock, Door closer, Hinge, L-Drop, door stopper & doors latch/ motice locks as per requirement & as per CPWD specification (Note:- All fitting should be approved by EIC)

(o) Windows:- Supply and installation of aluminium powder coated two track sliding type With safety grills & mosquitoes mesh with the all necessary locking arrangement of size 1200mm x 1800mmx 1.6mm with 16 gauge as per Drawing inclosed as per CPWD specification

(p) Sunshades:- Pre coated GI sheet Sunshades of 600 mm depth will be supply and fixing will be made our of color sheet with MS angle frame. Provided to all external windows and doors.

(q) Gutter:- Supply and installation of pre coated GI sheet gutter of size 12"x 12”x 15” x 1.5” for rain water and PVC pipe fixed up to our existing pipe.

( r) Pre coated GI Sheet flashing in L- Type to fill the gap between Parpet wall & Vertical puff panel

(s) Mode of Measurements:- Covered area shall be for payment (Projection, Gutter & Sun shade not will be measurment for payment).

Providing and fixing partition up to ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre.

(a) The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corner (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge all complete.

(b) 75 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick Double Skin Fire Rated Board conforming to IS: 2095: part I.

Providing and fixing of R.W. Gutter in existing Porta cabin structure including supporting arragement of G.I. Gutter of approved color of size 12"x12"x1.5" for rain water & connect with existing rain water pipe/drain as per direction Engineer - in- Charge.

Alumnium / Miscellaneous Works

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions including the cost of nessessary cuttings/ holes in existing brick wall/puff panel wall/ gypsum panel wall with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket & door & window SS fittings like Higes, Tower Bolt, Sliding door bolt, handle, door stopper, Door closed & window stay etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Roof Panels - The Prefabricated Room roof shall be constructed of (50+30) MM thick PUF insulated panels having 40+2 Kg/m3 density lined with 0.5mm thick pre coated GI sheet both side. The top sheet of the panel is in trapezoidal shape. These panels shall have overlap joinery system above passage at Ground Floor & First Floor of exisitng faculity Depatment Block in Porta cabin as per drawing enclosed for HansRaj College, Malka Gunj, Delhi in Pre Engineered Technology with structural steel work including required Foundation work & Civil work with all respect as per design required and Puff Insulated continous sandwich panel as approved by Architect in all respect as per approved drawings. (Note:- The design has to be approved by our consultanting Architect.). The polyurethane will be conforming to IS 12436-1988 and flammability as per 52 DIN 4102 part-1. The PU is injected into the panel with a high pressure dispensing unit capable of forming a panel in single shot. The hydraulic press has oil heated platens which allow smooth flow of PUF chemicals mixture when it is injected for forming of panels. Roof should have gutter for rain water & with vertical rain water pipe on single / both side as directed by EIC of College.

(a) Jointing system of wall & Roof Panels- The Roof panels are joined with the wall panels with internal & external flashings of flat & L-Shape made from P C G I sheets and duly riveted with the wall & roofing.

MS Strcuture- Structure shall be fabricated of Rectangular Hollow Sections for Columns and Cold Form Folded Sections for trusses, purlins and runners. The steel structures shall be primer coated with one coat and finish painted with two coats.

Design manufacture , supply and fixing in position the cable trays of the following sizes for supporting 1.1 KV grade armoured/unarmoured aluminium /copper conductor cables. Fabricate the cable trays from perforated 1.6/2mm thick M.S. CRCA sheet duly galvanised with expansion coupler plates duly galvanised, with bolts, washer and nuts. Knock out holes for cable connections as per approved design. The tray should comply with the specification of NEC (National Electric Codes) and NEMA (National Electric Manufacturers Association). The steel should be as per IS:226 and galvanising as per IS :2629/BS 729/ASTM 123. The rate shall also include for supporting steel , fish plates , fixing accessories , nuts bolts, supporting down rods, dash fastener, cutting the RCC etc as directed by EIC of College. complete as required.
