Appendix. (A) Constructing boat jetty

od63506/2019_2020/IA : Providing,driving and installing driven precast reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M25 mix specified size and length below the pile cap to carry safe working load not less than specified excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the form work , shoe and length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc complete ( Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to bottom of pile cap ,300x300 mm xize etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

5.3 : Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15⁰ landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

5.9.5 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

5.9.3 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

5.22.6 : Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

10.28 : Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

11.20.3 : Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

60.64.1 : Coconut Pile - Supplying and stacking well matured straight coconut post for driving down throug various strata bellow bed level including cost coveyance labour charges etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

60.64.4 : Coconut Pile - Driving down coconut pile to lines and levels through variuos strata including all hire charges and labour for fixing , staging platform and all other appliances necessary for pile driving down after pointing the bottom end etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

60.64.6 : Cutting and removing the excess length of wooden piles to lines and levels and removing the cut end of piles and stacking within 150m etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Appendix. (B) Constructing Padippura & Allied works

5.2.2 : Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up tot floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

5.9.6 : Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

12.49 : Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately ). etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

50.10.1 : Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

12.50 : Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

12.51.1 : Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:mm(+0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/self tapping screws complete:Ridges plain (500-600 mm) etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

50.13.1 : 9 mm cement plastering of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) including all cost of materials, labour charges etc complete

13.46.1 : Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

13.48.3 : Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Appendix . (C) Protection work

60.7.6 : Supplying and stacking granite stone 20 to 45 dm3 for dumping works- Supplying at site of work granite stone 20 to 45 dm3 in size (60% 45m3,30%30 to 40dm3 and 10% 20 to 30dm3 stones) for measurement ( deducting not less than 15% for voids as fixed by the departmental officer at site) including all cost, conveyance, loading and unloading charges all other incidental charges all leads and lifts etc. etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

60.7.7 : Conveyance and dumping of departmental granite stones-Conveyance of departmental granite stone 20 to 45 dm3 in size from stack at site and dumping in position (60% 45m3,30%30 to 40dm3 and 10% 20 to 30dm3 stones) to lines and levels to from the core of the sea wall as per approved design including all leads and lifts etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

7.1.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge

4.1.5 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge
