Improvement to Civil Works of Gadiajore MIP(RES) in Bangomunda Block(BGR-26)

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including dressing of slopes and bed to design level & section ( benching & stripping of Dam )and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site as per the specification from the place of excavation including supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm, construction & maintaining haul roads required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of the approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within 1 km lead on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading & levelling the earth in layers of 22.5cm thick to make ready for watering and compaction with dozers/ modern vibratory rollers or compactors but excluding watering & compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rammimg rolling for ordinary compaction with PRR to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm including hire and running charges of the all machineries,labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under O M C condition).

Compacting and Watering earth work upto the O M C condition and compaction by PRR to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm including hire and running charges of the all machineries, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing normand supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, ( excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing HYSD bars reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment)

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Foundation & plinth)

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Rough Stone Dry packing in riprap to the slopes of earthdam and dyke to all height, profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials, labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting,supplying,Stacking good quality of moorum including Labour for spreading moorum and consolidation with PRR including watering cost and conveyance of moorum and including all labour, T&p, taxes royalty required to complete the item as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification filter in rock toe riprap and filterd drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope level within all lead and lift with cost of sand including supply of all labour , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam or dyke to proper slopes and level with all lead and lift including supply of all labour , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.ngineer-in-charge .

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Removing old revetment and approns and repacking with old stones with supply of all labour , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing CNS with approved moorum-sand admixture with Compaction including cost of all labours and hire charges of T & P materials required for work including cost and conveyance of sand and moorum with consolidation by H.R.R or rammer including watering etc. complete including cost and conveyance & royalty of moorum with all T&P and labour charges required for the item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade for Cement Concrete lining in canal to 100 mm thickness using 20mm down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any deleterious materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level to the bed and slopes of canal with keys etc., providing contraction joints and filling with approved sealing materials including use of AEA (air entraining agent) in the concrete mix and supply of all materials, centering, shuttering required for the work, labour and machineries compacting with plate vibrator and finishing the concrete surface including trimming, dressing, watering and compacting of canal bed and slopes with rammers, providing beads and grooves etc, cutting trenches for keys as indicated in the approved drawing, curing the concrete for the required time with supply of all materials including cost conveyance and royality complete as directed by Engineering - in-charge.

Supplying and laying RCC spun pip150 mm diameter with CC (1:3) concrete including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
