Dismantling of old plain or corrugated steel sheeting or pre painted galvalume sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern of roof covering and segregating serviceable sheet, keeping them stacked for reuse and unserviceable sheet removed from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, J hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&f Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, J hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastemings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chanel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to grade Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old surface exc 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 9.00 here-in-above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old serivceable bricks obtained from Sl Item No 8.00 above shall be reused after proper cleaning.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a primer coat of chalk whitening,cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer ,complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and appying one coats of oil bound distemper over a primer coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer ,complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of kota stone shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as per IS-13753, of size (450mm x 300 mm) x 7mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall/skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) not exceeding 15 cm thickness (above or below ground level) and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc laid in altermate bays, finished even and fair at top without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching drilling out old glazing pin /spring clip and providing and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 3mm thck and glazing with oil putty and securing pins not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat/frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel windows with side hung shutters (minimum wt. of steel section should be 1.42 kg/M) including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pressed steel frames of size (105 x 60) mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary supply and fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. Cold rolled mild steel sheet shall conform to IS 513. The size, type (profile) and dimensions of the frames shall be as indicated. Tolerance in the size of frames shall not vary by more than + 2 mm. The tolerance over the profile size shall be + 1 mm. Steel frames shall be of approved make.complete with and including two shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (conforming to IS 13871) , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered partical board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 300 mm aluminium anodised alloy anodised sliding door bolts, ISI marked with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm size aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of handle and peg stay of steel window complete (size of window 1.20x1.20m),complete all as specified and directed.

Complete repairing, greasing, oiling and replacement of necessary damage part and complete smooth functioning of steel rolling shutter push pull or manual type (size 2.75 m x 2.5 m), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer,complete all as specified and as directed.
