Supply, delivery and fixing of brand new Bulk Water Meter (Woltmann type cold water meter) of approved make having facility to incorporate RF based wireless remote transreceivers for automatic meter reading. The water meters shall be with removable mechanism, magnetic drive, dry dial, hermetically sealed register, class B type, manufacutured in accordance with ISO-4064 standards or equivalent and approved by the Engineer . The meter body shall be flanged end for connection and the bolt hole drilling shall be as per IS 1538. The meter body shall be cast iron as per IS 210 Gr FG260 and shall be coated with a high quality fusion bonded powder coating inside and outside the meter body. The meters shall be equipped with a suitable strainer for longer life of the meter. The meters performance specifications shall be EEC/ISO-4064 Class-B performance. Accuracy shall be in accordance with ISO & EEC class B. The meter shall be suitable to work at working pressure of 10 Bar & temperature of 45oC. The meter shall be preequipped for SCADA and suitable communication including CI Sluice valve IVC/ IVI / KBL / R & D / Kejriwal make as per IS 14846 with latest amendments for Control and cost of specials(puddle flanges, flanged tail piece, Dismantling joint and flanges & necessary reducer and enlargers to fix the Bulk Water Meters) and jointing materials complete with all lead and lift and as per detailed specifications and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

WATER PROOFING
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:
Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment.
Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge.
Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Operation, running & maintenance of pumping plants for a period of 06 month in automation mode.

Wiring for light point, fan point etc. with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface PVC conduit with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size GI box, with earth wire of 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.
Wiring for circuit/submain alongwith earth wire with size of 2x2.5 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface PVC conduit as required.
Wiring for circuit/submain alongwith earth wire with size of 2x4 sq. mm + 1x4 sq. mm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface PVC conduit as required.
Supply and fixing of 5/6 amp piano type switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.
Supply and fixing of 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.
Supply and fixing of brass batten / angle holder including connections etc. as required.
Supply and fixing of metal box of 180 rnm x 100 mm x 160 mm deep on surface with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 amp and 15x16 amp socket outlet and 15/16 amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.
Supply and fixing of metal box of 150 mm x 75 mm x 160 mm deep on surface with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet and 5/6 amp piano type switch, connections, painting etc as required.
Supply and fixing of 3-pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.
Installation, testing & commissioning of pre-wired fluorescent fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all type complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling / wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable & earthing etc. as required.
Installation, testing & commissioning ofceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable & earthing etc. as required.
Installation & fixing of stepped type electronic fan regulator on the mofular type plate switch including connection but excluding modular plate etc. as required.
Supply and fixing of 6 way double door S.P.N. sheet steel, MCB DB, 240 V on surface complete with copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, inter connections including earthing etc as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)
Supply and fixing of 5 A to 32 A, 240 V, 10 KA, C serious MCB suitable for inductive load of following pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing etc as required.
Supply and fixing of double pole, 240 V, isolator ( 40amp. ) in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing etc as required.
Supply and fixing of 20 W LED tubelight complete in all respect (Bajaj/Philips or Equivalent make)
Supply in fixing of LED 8 watt bulb
Supply in fixing of bulk head with 8 watt LED
