Supply and Installtion of 230V 5-30A Single Phase kWh Meter with LCD Display fixed on wooden block with necessary connection required with looking arrangement as per direction of EIC. (Make- HPL- SPPB131000000OC00 or L&T- Cat No- WM101BC5DL0)

Supply and Installtion of 10" x 12" ( Meter Board) 3mm thik Hylam Sheet for installation of Energy Meter by suitable size of MS fastener as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 32A Kit Kat Fuse (Approved Make) including neccesary interconnection as per direction of EIC.

Supply and Installtion of 3 Phase 4 Wire kWh Meter with LCD Display fixed on wooden block with necessary connection required as per direction of EIC. (Make- L&T- Cat No- WR301BC4D20 Or BENLO Cat No- 70175)

Supplying and fixing 2 Way MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, S & Fof 32A DP Isolator, flushed in wall incl. painting, connection & provision for arthing attachmentl ( Make- Legrand / Seimens)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) and making necy. connection as required i) 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) and making necy. connection as required i) 4 x 80/0.4 (10 sqmm)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supply and delivery of following 1.1 KV grade XLPE/PVC AL Un-armoured cables (Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel or PWD approved make as per direction of EIC )

(i) 2 core 6 sqmm

Laying of cable from 2 core 6 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 1 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting [F1/2.a]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : [F4/7a]

(i) 2 core 6 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : [F5/8b]

(i) 2 core 6 sqmm

Supplying & Fixing sheet metal inspection box (16 SWG) of the 175 mm x 100 mm x 65 mm sizes flushed in wall by housing the same after cutting brick wall and Supply & Fixing bakelite / perspex top cover on existing Inspection board by Brass screws incl. three pole connector with making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works

Fixing only Sheet Steel 63A Main Switch (Rewirwable type)/ Change over on Flat Iron Frame/Angle Iron Frame on wall.

Supply and Fixing 30 inch x 24 inch 18mm thick ply wood board by suitable size of MS fastener for fixing of Minimum 8 nos meter incl. painting as directed by EIC.

Supply and Fixing Printed Adhesive Sticker of Quarters Number of all Doctors & Staff quarter of Balurghat District Hospital as directed by EIC.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties etc including GST & CESS. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate will have to be submitted during handover of the site.
