The Bidder shall submit documents of experience certificates of service rendered during the last three years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 to Government/ semi-Governmental Organizations and service certificates obtained from the said organizations for providing satisfactory service.

Bidder should have Karnataka Labor Department Registration Letter (to be in force in the current year)

Employee State Insurance (ESI) registration letter and Challans paid for the years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26

Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Registration letter and Challans paid for the years 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26

Bidder should have MSME/NSIC registration certificate

Bidder should have ISO Certificate

Submit the letter from Labour Department stating that there are no cases pending.

Bidder should provide details of last 3 years works executed of similar kind to Government/ Semi Government and should have executed a project of value not less than Rs. 60 Lakhs (any one of the last 3 financial years)

An Individual, Firm, Company bidder having a Positive Net Worth for two years during the preceding Last 03 years i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 (ITR copies to be submitted)

Professional Tax Registration, PT paid challan for the year 2025-26

PAN and TAN

Self declaration on a Rs. 100/- bond paper for not being blacklisted by any Government/ Semi-Government institution as on the date of notification of the tender

A copy of the GST registration, GST paid for the year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 (Financial Year), should be submitted by the competent authority regarding the payment of GST tax (3B returns)

Details of annual transactions related to manpower service provided by the tenderers in the last 03 years (copies of audit report to be attached)

Annual average financial turnover of at least Rs.1.00 Crore in each of the last three financial years. (Attach Certified balance sheet and annual turnover certificate for last three years issued by Charted accountant (With profit loss statement)
