Fabrication and supplyof Stainless-SteelDining tables with SS-304 grade stainless steel as per dimensions and designs approved by the Engineer-in-charge, including Stainless steel pipes, sheets of SS 304 grade including any other necessary fittings. (material, design, and dimensions to be approved by departmental authorities) using stainless steel welding rods including cutting, buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing, and Computerized Engraving of the Required name (eg, SDMSD DT-1) on each table at the proper visible size. Heavy-duty bushes on the bottom with suitable material (Nylon or PVC) including labour charges, transportation, unloading, weighing, and stacking without any scratches or dents to the product onany floor of the Devasthanam office or any required location in and around the temple premises, etc., complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Fabricating , supplying , erecting and fixing in position MS tubular steel trusses and roof frame work as per drawing enclosed with hot finished seamless type steel tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 , consisting of principal rafters, struts, ties, purlins, wind barcers, cleats, holding down bolts, base please etc., complete , painted with one coat of zinc oxide including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, lbour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
