3. I/ we hereby agree to keep this offer open for 120 days from the date of opening of technical bid of tenders and shall be bound by communication of

acceptance dispatched within the prescribed time.

4. All applicable Taxes like GST-TDS, TDS, Welfare Cess etc. will be deducted from bill amount.

5. The unit cost of supply and installation of 11KV RMU is including cost of two nos. maintenance free earthing & excluding cost of plinth as per tender

specification & drawing.

6. The unit cost of supply and jointing of Indoor and outdoor End Termination Kit for 11KV XLPE, Alluminium Cable size up to 3C X 240Sq. mm for RMU as

per UGVCL, s technical specification should be included in RMU supply by bidders as per price bid.

Note: Price Evaluation shall be done on basis of total unit end cost with GST as quoted in Online Price Bid Formats.

1. The various quantities in all the schedule of above work are approximate. Hence it may decrease during order/execution and payment will be done as per

actual quantities executed.

2. The prices arrived at in this schedule should match with the prices indicated in bid submission format.

3. Prices to be quoted both in figures and in words.

4. Prices quoted should be F.O.R. basis inclusive of all Taxes including GST.

5. In case of any discrepancy between the two, the rates quoted in words shall prevail.

6. The quantity indicated above is only indicative & not final. The payment will be done only for the actual quantity executed.

7. Bid Price shall be adjusted during evaluation of Price Proposals, for comparison purposes only, to reflect the price of the missing or non-conforming item

or component. The price of the missing or non-conforming item or component for this purpose shall be the highest of the prices quoted by the other

bidders for such missing item or component.

The purchaser will correct arithmetical errors during evaluation of Price Proposals on following basis:

“If there is an error in a total corresponding to the addition or subtraction of subtotals, the subtotals shall prevail and the total shall be corrected.”

8. Price Evaluation shall be done on basis of total unit end cost with GST as quoted in Online Price Bid Formats. UGVCL reserve rights the

modality of placing the order.
