Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick plaster in Cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water Proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound for concrete and mortar as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of newly or old plastered surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over a coat of exterior grade acrylic primer including necessary work for filling the crack by using crack filler and re-painting of building Nos in different tint including errection of scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed in following stages:- (i) Surface Cleaning:- Clean and jet wash the surface thoroughly to ensure removal of all loose particles, algae, fungus and other impurities from the surface and wait till surface gets dry or as per manufacturer's Instruction. (ii) Crack Filling:- If any cracks observed on surface, clean the area and open the cracks on both sides. Prime the surface with textured crack filler if the crack is more then 3mm and if the crack is less then 3mm thick fill with crack seal wait for 12 hrs between two coats of Crack filler or as per manufacturer's Instruction. (iii) Primer Application:- Apply one coat of Damp proof exterior primer without any dilution, maintaining a force coverage of 45 Sq. ft/Ltr/Coat wait for 4 to 6 Hrs before application of top coat or as per manufacturer's Instruction. (iv) Top coat Application:- Apply 2 or more coats of Exterior Acrylic emulsion paint with 40% dilution of water, ensuring coverage of 55-60 Sq.ft/Ltr/ 2 coat wait for 4 to 6 Hrs between successive coats or as per manufacturer's Instruction. Note:- (i) 2.5% amount of this item shall be retained from the payment as guarantee money & will be refunded after expiry of guarantee period i.e. 5 year as per clause No 14.2 of Particular Specifications (ii) Painting works shall be done through manufacturer of paint OR their Approved authorised applicator recommended by manufacturer of paints OR By the contractor himself as per guideline/ written technical assistance/supervision of the manufacturer as per clause No 14.00 of Particular Specifications)

Cutting or uprooting grass/ Trees on roof , removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface and preparing to receive all as per existing treatment including applying bitumen complete all as specified and directed.
