Notes :- For item No. 1 & 3. Quoted rates includes the following (a) PCC foundations and grouting arrangements as recommended by the OEM. (b) Complete installation, electrical and mechanical connecting as recommended by OEM, including testing in front of Eng-in-charge and accepting officer. (c) Connection from wall to machine including one PP-R valve for each machine and should make arrangements for drain outlet as per site requirement as directed by the Eng-in-charge. (i) Contractor shall provide one year warranty after completion of work including replacement of defective parts during maintenance period. (ii) Contractor shall also teach operation of machines to the user rep.

S & laying as in repair sub main wiring with four run of 16 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 16 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall/ceiling surfaces in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Five runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable 50 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and lay GI tubing light grade with connected fittings 32mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for Fine and dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing a layers of sand 8cm deep before laying and 15cm deep after laying the cable including stretching the cable, complete all as specified and as directed . Note - Punned thickness of sand layer shall be measured and paid to contractor.

Supply and laying well burnt brick class-B laid flat to cover the cable width equal to the length of cable and abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road depth exceeding 45 cm and 30 cm in width for passing of cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.
