Providing, erecting, fitting, fixing, amalgamating with original roof i/c joining & welding wherever necessary of 65/400 "SELF SUPPORTED" CONCEALED FIX ALUMINIUM STANDING SEAM ROOFING SYSTEM MINIMUM 0.9 MM THICK made of aluminium alloy AA3004 comprising of the following layers: (i) Top Layer- 65/400 profiled sheeting manufactured from Aluminium of minimum thickness of 0.9 mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Insulation layer 1 - Rock wool 50mm thick, density 96 kg/m³ (iii)Insulation layer 2 - Rock wool 50mm thick, density 120 kg/m³ (iv) 1 layer of vapour control barrier - Polyethylene film of 0.20 mm thick, heavy duty type. On the existing perforated Steel liner type 28-35/200-250 or Trapezoidal sheeting, (v) Existing halter shall be tightened & steel fastener to be provided wherever required. (vi) Providing PVF2 to match existing coating on the outer face of aluminium standing seam roof. (vii) Item includes Supplying, installation, fixing, amalgamating with original roofing system, Aluminium sheeting including cost of system accessories insulation, vapour barrier, fastners, gaskets, screws, rivets, sealants, inner closure fillers, fixtures, all machineries at all heights i/c centering and shuttering . All labour cost, profilling cost and zipping/seeming cost is included and complete in all respect. (viii) Provide and fix 12 mm cement/ plaster fibre board for roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. (ix) Providing & Fixing of Halter of size 115 mm for Roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. Note: Inner perforated liner sheet & space frame with the profile are already in place. All above steps are to be executed as per direction of EIC and with minimal hindrances to the Airport operations all complete. (Note : Wind Load Calculations are to be shared by System Provider and got vetted through IIT/ NIT).
Credit for dismantling and taking away of dismantled aluminum sheet from the valley portion at roof of the building received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative all complete. Note: It may please be noted that this is credit item in Schedule of Quantities (SOQ) is negative item.

(viii) Item includes Supplying, installation, fixing, amalgamating with original roofing system, Aluminium sheeting including cost of system accessories For RIDGE AND TO WITHSTAND WIND LOAD, insulation, vapour barrier, fastners, gaskets, brackets, screws, rivets, sealants, inner closure fillers, fixtures, all machineries at all heights i/c centering and shuttering all complete. (ix) Provide and fix 12 mm cement/ plaster fibre board for roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. (x) Providing & Fixing of Halter of size 115 mm for Roofing system wherever required as per site requirement. Note: Inner liner sheet & space frame with the profile are already in place. Providing and fixing Wind tie Clamps made of aluminium alloy AA6082/AA6061 of size 100mm long at required distance along the length with 2 nos of stainless steel grade fastner along the seam and on every seam in the High Wind Pressure Zone marked on the Roof Plan on the existing roofing system to sustain abnormally high wind pressure. Wind Tie Clamps shall be fixed without puncturing the existing roofing system.(Note : Rate quoted shall include the design charges and vetting of the same with NIT / IIT).
