Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC Over head tank of capacity 100000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: PH NO-4 & 5 seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inchlor-5/NB-10 Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound Or E in C approved equivalent product. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 or EinC approved equivalent product. NOTE:-(i) COMPANY WILL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. NOTE:-THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECILIZED AGENCY RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE.

All as per ser item No 1 above but for RCC Over head tank of capacity 200000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE.Location: PH NO-8

All as per ser item No 1 above but for underground /balancing static water reservoir/RCC Over head tankcapacity of capacity 30000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE. Location: PH NO-10

All as per ser item No 1 above but for of inside underground/balancing static water reservoir/RCC Over head tankcapacity 20000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE. Location: PH 4,PH 5,PH 6,,PH 8,PH 9 & PH 10

Supply & Installation with complete testing of wireless water level monitoring device, Operating on single phase ,display level in meter/cm, accuracy of sensor is 1 cm, electromechanically sensor is installed on tank and connect with transmitter installed at suitable location,transmitter send data to server via internet and show level in android app capacity of measure level is 7 meter of water, all system fit in 18 gauge sheet box , app will show water level of tank, tank name, capacity of tank , over flow value,last reading update time etc and making device functional with providing simcard with 1 year recharge including taking down old unserviceable water level indicator. NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
