Lifting and Lowering of submersible pump motor within jurisdiction of East Ratacherra GP to Demdum VC within the jurisdiction of DWS Sub-Division Kumarghat

Labour charge of lifting of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportion of plant at site etc. complete as per standard design.

Providing and fitting fixing of 3.5 mm thick rubber insertion (For 20,000/10,000 GPH capacity submersible pump set with column pipe of 3 inch/4 inch dia.)

Making and supplying fitting fixing of MS safety clamp of size 200 X 250 X 150 mm with nuts, bolts complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of fitting fixing of following spare parts of approved quality suitable for pump motor set etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Full threaded nut bolt of 10 mm dia. & 50 mm long

Providing & fabrication of column pipe including fitting fixing of G.I. flange by cutting the GI pipe ( conforming to IS : 1239 medium class ) into 3.05 mtr. long and welding the same with GI flange as per specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge ( G.I. pipe will be provided by the agency at his own cost & risk). ii. For 65 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

iii. For 80 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

iv. For 100 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

Providing & fitting fixing of MS flange ( 8 mm wall thickness ) by welding with G.I. / MS pipe and placing position as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ii. 65 mm dia

iii. 80 mm dia

Labour charge for lowering & fifting fixing of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block and making necessary electrical connection with main switch / starter with motor in/c trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat Copper cable conforming to relevant IS code for submerssible motor with all necessary equipments and fittings as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 6.0 sqmm
