Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of HT 11KV equipments (Sl No 2.01 to 2.10 mentioned here after) including checking of insulation value, cleaning of RMU/Metering Cubicle/VCB Chamber, operational and maintenance checkup, checking of VCB operation,relay tesing etc including replacement of minor spares, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Indoor type HT Panel consisting of 03 Nos VCBs of capacity 12KV,630A, 21KA installed in HQ SAC SS. Make Crompton Greaves

Attending, Repairing/restoring of electric power supply in HQ SAC/ AF Stn 17 FBSU and its lodger Unit area, after identifying fault in HT 11 KV or LT 1100 volt system, RMU,VCB, LT Panels, two/ four pole structure, transformers, Over head lines in any section or circuit, including checking of insulators, lightning arresters, GODs, LT Panel Boards and all electrical accessories and making it serviceable in all respect including replacement of nut, bolt, washers and minor parts/spares, insulation tapes and cable sockets of any size. The work also include checking, identifying and rectifcation of LT/HT UG Cable faults at AF Area as and when directed.

Note For Item No. 3 : (i) Major items required to be replaced/repaired will be measured under relevant items of schedule (ii) Excavation and earth work if required will be measured separately. (iii) Complaints will be given in person or through telephone by AGE/JE E/M. The contractor shall attend the complaint immediately and shall report the Engr-in-Charge/JE E/M after completion with in 6 hrs (iv) Penalty of Rs 1000.00 per Job shall be applicable to the contractor if the complaint is not attended within 6 hrs. Note that this penalty is exclusively other then the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt. The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regards shall be final and binding. (v) In case the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within a period of 6 hrs then the same shall be brought to the notice of the GE/Engr-in-Charge and the period for the completion of the complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC. (vi) Contractors representative/Engineer will report to JE E/M in charge or AGE E/M at fore noon to collect routine/urgent works till completion of work. (vii) The transportation/ T&P required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost will be paid for the same.

M&L for preparation of old painted body surface of HT indoor/out door RMU/HT Meter panel and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour to inside and outside of the body of following HT / Main LT panel after cleaning of entire panles as directed by the Engr-in -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Description all as per item No 6 here-in-before but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and up to 3m all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling of excavated soil up to a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for Cushioning of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply transformer oil, low viscosity insulating oil for top up transformer of as per IS-335, complete all as directed. (Note - The oil will be supplied in sealed barrel only.)

Material and labour for testing the dielectric strength of transformer oil of the transformers installed at various sub stn at/on floor/pole before dehydration and dehydrating and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achive dielectric strength of the oil upto 50 KV at 2.5mm gap/ as as per IS standard, complete all as directed. Note : The transformer dehydration machine and dielectric strength testing machine shall be arranged/brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Supply & filling Chemical Grade Crystals Transformer Silica Gel.

Supply and jointing of cable jointing kit for 11000 volt (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed. Make M-SEAL/DENSON/3M.

ditto as per item ser No 13 here in above but for 240 sqmm to 400 sqmm. Make M-SEAL/DENSON/3M.

Supply and jointing of Cable end termination jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed. Make M-SEAL/DENSON/3M.

ditto as per item ser No 15 here in above but for 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm. Make M-SEAL/DENSON/3M.

Supply and installation by replacing the old Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 all as specified and directed. (Note :- Excavation,earth work & PCC etc shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item)

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of poles including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of necessary form work for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping including finishing to exposed concrete surfaces even and fair and provision of necessary form work for rough finished surfaces complete including demolition of old damaged pole copings all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/under roads/crossings or fixed to wall/pole, 80mm dia GI tubing light grade of following sizes for protection of UG cables including taking out old unserviceable pipes and remove from site :- Note : Payment for excavation and earth work shall be paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/ drains/ducts /floors/along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, Heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core including removing of old U/S cable all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Earthing complete with Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm from earth plate to body of the equipment/LT Panel by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe for protection of earth lead from earth plate(6 mtrs long), 20 mm GI light grade watering pipe, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in earhing pit, PCC cover, charcoal or coke & salt filling and necessary excavation and earth work and all other relevant works including testing all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule part-I.

Supplying and replacement of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage up to 11KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2m x1m all as specified and directed.

M & L for checking of transformer following capacities by disconnecting HT and LT side cable, Tighthening HV,LV Lead and cable connection and repair/replacement of unserviceablle items, cleaning of Transformer and commissioning including oil filtration to achieve desired dielectric strength complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Items required to be replaced will be measured and paid separatley (ii) Qty of Transformer oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item) complete all as specified and directed

Transformer capacity 200 KVA to 315 KVA

Checking of transformer capacity 100 KVA located at Rameshwaram by disconnecting HT and LT side cable, Tightening HV,LV Lead and cable connection and repair/replacement of unserviceablle items, cleaning of Transformer and commissioning including oil filtration to achieve desired dielectric strength complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Items required to be replaced will be measured and paid separatley (ii) Qty of Transformer oil required for topping up shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item)

Supply only HV bush collar type suitable for transformer capacity 63 to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer of outdoor / indoor type of capacity 63 KVA to 100 KVA, any type, description by cleaning dirt, oil, grease etc, removing the old paint, rust by scatching with wire brush / emery paper etc, after disconnecting HT/LT electric connection from both primery and secondry side of transformer and apply two coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour on out side body of the transformer and wirting of letter HT/LT and SM MES No etc of cm height and making all HT/LT electric connections and testing the same , complete all as directed. Note: The compressor and spray machine etc shall be arranged / brought by contractor at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in the effect.

Supply and fix HT/LT cable route indicator made out of round CI embosed plate 100mm dia 6mm thick duly rivited with angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and 60cm long incl PCC for embedding 1:4:8 type D2 of size 30cmx30cmx30cm.

Supply, spread, rolled and consoildated to gradient and chamber of gravels upto thickness in 75 mm, including clearence of existing surface alongwith making clearence of 2 mtr surface side by side of fencing before spreading of gravels complete all as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated with drop out unit off capacities switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators complete all as directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and Install test and commission HT 11KV suitable for out door type,three phase gange operated air break switch having 3 nos Silicon rubber polymeric insulator on each phase and suitable for working for three phase suitable for vertical mounting fixed type of rating upto 400A including sqare bar and GI pipe with suitabe length to operater from ground including locking arrangement all as specified.

Supply and Install test and commission HT 11KV 160 Amps for suitable for three phase 11 KV system with silicon rubber polymeric insulator type drop out fuses with necessary GI nut, bolts and washers all as specified.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats and back plates febricated from MS structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

Taking 11 KV shut down, disconnecting HT /LT connection from 100 KVA transformer outdoor type 11 KV/.43 KV , 3 phase , 4 wire system from PCC plateform inside the AFS fencing, with support of crane/ hydra machine carefully, transporatation upto authorised work shop for rapairing / replacement of old burnt unserviceable items and taking back to site after successfully repairs / testing of transformer all as specified. Note: rate are included for tansportation, testing, meggering , disconnecting and reconnecting to the existing load.

M& L for rewiding HT coils with DPC/super enemelled copper wire of existing size & guage winding wire for rewinding the transformer HT coil including insulating material complete.

M& L for rewiding LT coils with DPC/super enemelled copper wire of existing size & guage winding wire for rewinding the transformer HT coil including insulating material complete.

S& F fully reflective sign board of size 1200 x 900 mm , made out of SS sheets of 18 gauge surrounded by 80 mm square pipe of SS grade SS-304 and computer printed letters in radium materials of high not exceeded 30 cm each or any kind like block roman/ italic/ indian framed SS pipe imbadded in wall / piller of gates, fixing with using suitable capacity base plater , cement concrete 1:4:8 where as reqd and suitable capacity fastners to wear the load of boards in wall. Note: Rate quoted is included the proper and strong fixing of boards in wall / existing gate pillers with considering of wind pressure. No extra payment will made in this effect if any damages will happned.

S& F fully reflective sign board of size 900 x 600 mm , made out of SS sheets of 18 gauge surrounded by 50 mm square pipe of SS grade SS-304 and computer printed letters in radium materials of high not exceeded 30 cm each or any kind like block roman/ italic/ indian ( apporoximate letter exceed 30 and execceding 100 in nos) framed SS pipe imbadded in ground 60 cm by making holes 70 cm deep and 150 mm dia fixed with using cement concrete 1:4:8 and 90 cm above ground level (upto bottom of board) incl necessary excn, RFR( removing of surpluse soil for E/M installation all as directed by Engr In Charge. Note: The rate quoted by the tendrer are also deeemed to be included neccessary earth work , PCC etc. and nothing shall be paid extra in this account.

S& F arcylic sign board of size 600 mm x 600 mm and thickness not less than 5 mm , including writing letter of height not exc 8 cm each(Name of plant, capacity, make, model, Mfd years, SM & MES No) any kind like block , roman, italick, indian , stop, commas, short line, dashes, hypens, bracket etc and fixing of wall near the plant as directed by Engr In Charge

Disconnecting of HT cable from both ends & bringing fault detector machine with skilled tradesman to detecting the fault by inducing the high potential in HT cable of any sizes and marked the place whrere fault detected.

M& L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size in HT poles/ walls & HT panels for HT, 25x20cm size all as specified

M& L for anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by cleaning / scraping with wire brush, removing fungus/algae and dust of pre stressed concrete poles of size 11 Mtr and applying two coats of cement based paint to the pole including coping and preparation of surface of cross arm/ channels/ nuts bolts and clamps in two poles structure apply 02 coat of sythetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of Painting Blue and white strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to 1 mtr height above coping of pole as directed.)
