Outdoor Unit: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Volume / Variable Refrigerant Flow modular type air-conditioning Outdoor Units including lifting, loading/unloading, and transportation charges, equiped with full / 100% multiple inverter driven highly efficient twin rotary / scroll based compressors, precoated aluminium fin type heat exchanger, low noise, condenser fans, GI coated condenser stands, microprocessor panel with sequential starting of condensing units, coils, expansion valves, filters, single phase preventer, complete with controller and with accessories & sub assemblies fittings etc. for proper functioning of 5 nos. atleast 4 Tr units, including full charging of R-410A refrigerant gas or green gas at site complete as per specifications. The Unit shall be constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels and coated, suitable for air conditioning operation on three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, RUN status & Remote start/stop command including multi-conecting KIT and MS Stand with vibration isolators, necessary accessories and top up of refrigerant gas at site. 24 HP dual compressor Module

Indoor Units: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRV/VRF based Ceiling suspended Cassette type Indoor unit including lifting, loading/unloading, and transportation charges, with 4 way / round flow, includes washable pre filter, fan section with low noise section, multi speed motor, coil section with DX-coil, outer cabinet, inbuilt drain pump and drain pan, insulation, pipe connections etc. with ability to communicate with Central Monitoring System and corded/wireless remote controller etc. as per specifications complete as required. including Core cutting , fitting, supports, any other civil work required. 4.0 Tr Cassette type

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Central Controller capable of centrally temprature, On/Off , controlling all the outdoor and indoor units including control wiring and connections etc. as per OEM recommandation complete as required.

Refrigerant Copper Piping: Supply, installation, testing of inter connecting of hard drawn heavy duty copper refrigerant pipe of following sizes suitable for R-410A refrigerant including suitable no. of Y, T Joints/ Headers/Refnets for SUB & connections of refrigerant pipes to units alongwith 19mm thick closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular insulation(13/19 mm) between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS / GI / STUDS / CLAMPS / HANGERS etc. complete as required. The thickness of copper pipe shall be as per OEM Standards.

Control & Transmission Wiring: Supply and drawing of 2 x 0.75 Sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed and shielded copper conductor control cum transmission Cable between indoor and out door unit & outdoor units to central remotes controllers as required in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit etc. complete as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes & as per IS:7098-part-I specifications i/c loading/unloading & transportation of cables etc. complete as required:

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle).

Suppling and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper/aluminium lugs according to the cable for 3.5mm X 35 sq. mm (32mm) aluminimum cable. size for PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper/ aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and Fixing cable outdoor Junction box thermoplast HENSEL/ SINTEX or Equivalent (IP 66) of suitable size for termination of 2 nos 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm armoured Al cables having suitable arrangement of fixing GI bracket /fixing arrangement on wall alongwith supply and fixing of 63A TPN MCCB in junction box as per site requirement
