1)Make and Model of the fire tender considered under this AMC shall be as per following: <H>Make</>: Mantruck, 2018 <H>Model No</>: CLA31.3000EVO BS-IV <H>ENG NO </>: 6DTB28485 <H>CHASSIS NO </>:MBICME5BG7JNO20667 2) EA denotes the price per visit inclusive of travel, accommodation and food expenses for one foam nurser 3) Quantity for 8(Eight) quarterly visit & 4 (four) emergency visits has been considered
SUPPLY OF SPARES
<H><U>SUPPLY OF SPARES:</></> 1)Make and Model of the fire tender considered under this AMC shall be as per following: Make: Mantruck, 2018 Model No: CLA31.3000EVO BS-IV ENG NO : 6DTB28485 CHASSIS NO :MBICME5BG7JNO20667 2) New spares as & when required to replace the damaged items (which are beyond repair) shall be supplied by the agency. These shall be procured from authorized dealer only. Required spares other than that mentioned under Contractor's scope of supply can be supplied by the agency and shall be reimbursed at actuals under this SOR item. 3) In case of any major breakdown of the Mantruck make fire tender (model stated above), cost of spares for revival shall be reimbursed at actuals under this SOR item. However, agency to ensure that no such cases occur during the tenure of work order and if it is found that wrong supply of spares/ poor workmanship from agency during maintenance has caused major failure of mantruck make Fire tender. Contractor has to carry out the necessary overhauling for revival of the machine at their own risk and cost. Penalty charges shall be applicable as per the discretion of EIC. 4) The original cash memo along with all relevant documents shall be submitted for reimbursement at actuals. The agency shall arrange the transportation of the required materials of their own from their workshop/ any authorized distributor of above Fire tender to IOCL, BGR 5) Agency shall prepare the complete list of materials required for servicing of mantruck make firetender and submit to EIC for prior approval before procuring/ arranging these items. The agency shall arrange the materials only after confirmation from EIC,
