S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws, all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including (purlins and rafters) special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or imnduction butt welded tubes, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified.

M & L PCC 1 :3 : 6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F Second class hard wood , plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, frames, rebated on the solid, put together, glued at joints, all as specified and directed.

S&F second class HW 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutters (any number of panels ) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edge) or medium density,exterior grade marine ply wood 9mm thick supplied and fitted to chowkats, all as specified and directed. .

S&F 150 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, all as specified and directed.

S&F300 mm anodised aluminium sliding door bolt with hasp and staple and fixing clip of sheet and fixing bolts etc complete, all as specified and directed. (Make : Crown / Jyothi / Argent / Ajith or equivalent)

S&F stainless steel butt hinge 100 mm medium weight , all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm MS ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified,

S&F 150 mm cast type aluminium anodised handles, all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified

M& L Small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary' abours; articles n exc 200 cu. cm each,complete all as specified and as directed .

Preparation of new or previously un-treated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L Preparing the surfaces and treating ends of posts,backs of chowkats, etc.treated with tar or coal tar black paint,area tarred exc 0.1 sq. m but n exc 0.5 sq. m each complete, all as specified and directed. .

M& L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 10 cm long,and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, all as specified and directed. .

Surface dressing n exc15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed. .

Supply only approved red Earth as per sample kept in GE office for filling in low level areas, complete all as specified and directed. .Note :- (i) Earth will be obtained from outside Defence Land. (ii) Rate shall be inclusive of transporting, loading & unloading. (iii) Use of vegetable soil, turf, peat and black cotton soil is probhited.

M& L Spreading and levelling in layers n 25cm thick including watering and well ramming complete , all as specified and directed.
