Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable Power Factor meter range Zero Lag-Unity-Zero Lead of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of digital electronic Power Factor meter suitable as per existing specifications of accuracy +-0.01%, auxilary burden of less then 2.5 VA at 230V,Lag/Lead indication on the 14 mm LED display square type 96 mm x 96 mm with adopter including connected wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 100/5 amps CT ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 100/5 Amps, test resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 100/5 Amps on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 250/5 CT ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 250/5 Amps, test resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 250/5 on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable current transformers of 400/5 amps ratio of any description and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 400/5 Amps, test resin cast tap wound current transformer of rating 400/5 Amps on LT panel board and making connections of secondary terminals to ammeter with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable indication lamps and supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of indication lamps LED type with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable ( FRLS ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement including necessary connection and commissioning of the following fittings / fixtures/accessories in the existing panel board/feeder pillar box including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Aluminium bus bars of any shape and size .

(c) Copper bus bars of any shape and size .

(d) Conical/ single bus bar system epoxy insulator including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply for mounting of bus bars in LT panels/feeder pillar boxes complete

Supply,fabrication & fixing of doors of LT panel /AMF panel/HT bus bar panel both front /back side made out of GI sheet 2.0 mm to 3.15 mm thick complete with hinges including welding to panel body and locking system, complete including two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces of feeder pillar boxes/panels/ boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (As per existing colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable including taking out existing cable protection cover etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation shall be carried out manually all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for XLPE cable with tibba sand (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying of cable) & punning down to 180 mm to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Material & labour for stone slab 40 mm to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for laying of stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide and thickness not less than 50 mm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing in replacement of XLPE LT Cable PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade of any description and any make laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes :-

a) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core

b) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm, 4 core

c) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

d) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm, 3 ½ core

e) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

f) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

g) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

h) LT aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm , 3 ½ core

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with conected to eath test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and commen salt. PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bars both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia.
