Testing and calibration of 11 KV HT VCB panel protection relays over current/ earth fault, tripping and closing circuits by primary and secondary injection method for their optimal tripping and closing performance including resetting of the time whenever required including submission of test report in duplicate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Measuring instrument required for calibration and testing has to be supplied by the contractor. (ii)Testing and Calibration should be done through State Government approved License holder only.

Supply only LED type indicator lamps of red/yellow/blue/green/Amber with bulb. Make: C&S/ L&T/AE

Supply only digital type ammeter of 0 to 400 Amps capacity, square type of size 96x96mm with CTs of suitable ratio. Make: AE/MECO/L&T

Supply only TNC (Trip neutral close) switch for HT VCB. Make: Seimens/AE/GE

Supply only panel type strip heater 80W capacity with thermostate. Make : Siemens/AE/GE

Supply only 11 KV single phase indoor resin cast CT of ratio 300-150/5+5 A Class 1.0/5P10, Burden 15 VA STC:13.1 KA for 1 sec. Make CG/AREVA

Supply only self power relay CGI 14 S for RMU.

Supply only numeric type over current earth fault relay with required fabrication in VCB & control wiring etc. Make ABB(Model REJ 601)

Supply only Power pack with cell unit 230 V incoming and 110/24 Volt DC out put for supply of relay. Make Alan/ Gogate electro system

Taking out unserviceable 11KV, HT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ HT poles of size 95 to 185 sqmm including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keeping in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items. (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric power cable, heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area of 185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc 50.00 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, Type 1 with peak, sizes 450mmx230mmx50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Detecting carefully the fault location of HT UG cable of any size either HT cable fault locator machine or any other method and taking out the/remove the faulty portion of cable from undergound /duct including relaying with old cable cover, meggering /connecting/testing after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note:-(i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Stright throught joint for HT cable shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of this schedule (iii) Actual detected fault shall be paid under this item, Dummy located trail will not allowed or measured.

Disconnecting and cutting down existing unserviceable/ burnt out HT cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm and jointing with straight through HT cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cutting down existing unserviceable/ burnt out HT cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm and jointing with straight through HT cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cutting down existing unserviceable/ burnt out HT cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm and jointing with cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cutting down existing unserviceable/ burnt out HT cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm and jointing with cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3 Core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable /burnt out HT cable straight through joints of 120Sqmm to 180 Sqmm 3 core and jointing with indoor terminal HT cable jointing kit (Cold shrinkable) 11 KV (Earthed) grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120/180 Sqmm,3 core including testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : RAYCHEM/M-SEAL/3M

Disconnection the HT ,LT & Earth Connection of Transformer of capacity 100 KVA and lifting it from its installation place and transportation to civil workshop at Tezpur for repair and transporting back to its existing installation and install at its original foundation including connecting the HT,LT & Earth connection of transformer foundation bolts etc including removing old painting by scraping and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine, writing of SM No/MES No complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Spare parts shall be mesured and paid seprately under relevant items. (b) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hoisting down shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rates. (c) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing spindle for HT/LT side and arc horn surge arrestor for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (d) Contractor shall arrange the same capacity of transformer to maintain uninterrupted supply till the transformer is repaired and put back at place.

Reinsulation and heat varnishing of HT/LT coil in local workshop by opening of transformer 630 KVA, disconnected of HT/LT connection to coil, lifting of core, filtration of oil up to specific dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV, if the strenght is not achieved then change of transformer oil, cleaning transformer oil tank, after complete assembling the coils and connection of sensor and HT/LT spindle, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of transformer of 100 KVA capacity by supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of transformer of 250 KVA capacity by supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of transformer of 315/400 KVA capacity by supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of transformer of 630 KVA capacity by supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only supper enameled copper strip of approved quality and suitable gauge for LT side of transformer as per the rated KVA requirment of the transformer of 11/0.433 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only approved quality copper wire of suitable gauge and size suitable for winding HT side of transformer to achive required rated KVA 11/0.433 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the HT, LT & Earth connection of Transformer capacity 63 KVA to 1000 KVA and repcement gasket of transformer, tightning of HT/LT bushing, spindle and changing of silica gel in breather, connecting the HT, LT & Earth connection of transformer, tightening foundation bolt, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Spare parts shall be mesured and paid seprately under relevant items. (b) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hoisting down shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rates.

Supply only silica gel in packet use for breather assembly of transformer.

Supply only gasket set for transformer top lid cover 6 to 8mm thick, LT and HT treminal bushing suitable for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 125 KVA.
