REPLACEMENT OF OLD GI/CGI ROOF SHEETS WITH INSULATED PUFF PANNEL (ADDITION/ALTERATION) AT ITM MUSSOORIE UNDER GE (I) RnD DEHRADUN

Dismantling of existing roof covering sheets (AC sheets/CGI/PGI/Mangalore tiles or any other type), including ridge, valley, and gutters, stacking serviceable materials for reuse and disposal of unserviceable materials outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including frame work and including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights 12mm with semi perforated micro tegular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance\ of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners (Groove type) of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T (Groove type) of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T (Groove type) of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in repairs 2nd class hard wood 20mm thick plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood (2nd class hardwood) sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 2nd class hard wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture: one or more coats on old work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.
