od16253/2020_2021 : Chipping and removing old spalling/defective concrete and exposing the defective / corroded reinforcement of the ceiling, joint the additional bar wherever 1/3 diameter of the bar is corroded.Removel of the defective concrete across yhe bar should be at least 2 mm beyond the defective bar so that the reinforcing bar can be cleaned with emery ribbon,wire brush etc.After cleaning the bar wash the bar with clean water and collect all the spalled/fallen concrete.measurement is calculated for whole exposed area .Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.
od16254/2020_2021 : The cleaned reinforcing bar,on the dried bar,applying corrotion inhibitant one coat of nitrozinc primer care should be taken to see that the zinc rich primer coated should make an unbrocken continous film on the bars. After cleaning the bar applying one coat of bonding agent Nitobond A R/SBR.measurement is calculated as in the previous case.Including cost of meterials,labour charges,conveyance of meterials to site hire charges of tools etc complete.
