The consultant should have experience in PMC with 3D Elevations. Four lane roads of minimum 5crore, circle developments of minimum 1crore, buildings of minimum 5crore, Landscaping and other development works

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period i.e.,2020-21 to 2024-25, (a) achieved in at least two financial years on average annual financial turnover of Rs.99.62Lakhs.

PWD Empanelment certificate and Firm Registartion

The consultant should have own/mou well equipped NABL laboratory should established for testing materials for which necessary documents with NABL accreditation scope of tests on Cement, Steel, Soil, Aggregates, Concrete and bricks etc., All the testing equipment must be available with the consultant with valid calibration certificates
