AUGMENTATION OF AC PLANT WITH ALLIED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR AMBC INA EZHIMALA

Amount

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Central AC plant, minimum capacity 150 TR , chilled water type complete with all equipments such as Chiller, condensor unit, Chilled water pumps, condensor water pumps, AHUs, cooling tower etc. The eqpt shall be Indian brand, energy efficient,enviromental friendly,all as per latest technology and conforming to standard IS & safty code for the following ( Note : In case any changes/addition is to be carried out in the capacity/design of proposed AC Plant to be provided to achieve the desired temperature and Relative Humidity, the same shall be accounted for in the amount quoted and nothing extra will be payable to the contractor.) :-.

(a) CHILLER PACKAGE UNITS : Factory designed and pre-fabricated vapour compression refrigeration water cooled screw chiller with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) of minimum capacity 150 TR or near plus standard capacity @ ARI condition of approved make comprising of mono screw or twin screw compressor with independent refrigerant circuit HFC 134a Refrigerant. Squirel cage induction motor suitable for operation of 415 volt +/- 10%, 3 phase 50 Hz, water cooled condonser and flooded cooler with electronic expansion valve complete, factory assembled evaporator and refrigerant piping, factory assembled Refrigerant piping as per specification, gauge panel, drive package, microprocessor based control panel, associated wiring for all accessories to make the chiller package ready for commissioning and having features of auto operation, mini-run time equalization, auto restart after power failure, built in time delay, fault diagnostics etc complete with suitable capacity power contractors, motor starter duly pre-wired and inter connected including initial charge of Refrigerant and compressor oil.Efficiency of Screw chiller package shall comply with ECBC norms and ASHRAE 90.1 2010 standards. Capacity of chilling unit will be as followers:- (a) Chiller capacity: 150 TR (b) Chiller entering (inlet) temparature : 12 degree centigrade (c) Chilling leaving (outlet) temparature: 07 degree centigrade (d) Chilled water flow : 360 USGPM

(b) CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM : Supply install, testing and commissioning Monoblock, centrifugal pump (EEC Series) suitable for chiller plant with minimum discharge 22.8 LPS, Head 30 Mtr capacity for CHILLED WATER PUMPS in cast iron body, bronze impellar with mechanical seals. Induction motor shall be TEFC squirrel cage, working on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 phase,50 Hz AC supply IP 55, MS fabricated base plate mounting channel frame, and fittings i.e. coupling guard and vibration pad etc complete all as specified. (1W+1S)

(c) CONDESSING WATER CIRCULATION SYSTEM : Supply install, testing and commissioning Monoblock, centrifugal pump (EEC Series) suitable for chiller plant with minimum discharge 38.0 LPS, Head 20 Mtr capacity for CONDENSSOR WATER PUMPS in cast iron body, bronze impellar with mechanical seals. Induction motor shall be TEFC squirrel cage, working on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 phase,50 Hz AC supply IP 55 MS fabricated base plate mounting channel frame, and fittings i.e. coupling guard and vibration pad etc complete all as specified. (1W+1S)

(d) COOLING TOWER : Supply, install, testing and commissioning FRP induced draft cooling tower rectangular/cylindrical type complete with FRP basin capacity suitable for 190 TR (minimum) all as required for chiller plant 150 TR capacity complete installed on PCC / brick staging with spray section, honey comb fill basin, MS girders, Ladder, statically & dynamically balanced axial flow fan direct driven or driven through reduction gear box with suitable capacity of induction TEFC Motor working on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 phase,50 Hz AC supply, intake, make up quick filling arrangement, bird screen necessary valves for intake, drain & overflow and other accessories (Tech Specification as per manufacturer design)

AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM : Supply, install, testing and commissioning, Double skin construction Air Handling Units (AHU) horizondal floor mounted type suitable for chilled water system, 75 TR complete with Air mixing box made out of extruded aluminium structural frame / aluminium corners and intermediate connecting pieces and panes of 0.6 mm galvanized steel sheet on both sides with 40mm +/-2 mm thick pressure injected PUF of density 40 Kg/cum using CFC free HFC – 134a blowing agent, the panels having scratch free plastisol coating on outer side. The fan section should be mounted on anti vibration spring isolators and free from main structure. The fan should be backward curved centrifugal fan with air discharge upblast, belt driven with TEFC induction motor of suitable capacity. The coil section consist of 6 row deep coil with min 12 fins/inch duly coated. The fan airflow perfomance shall be AMCA 210 certified and sound performance should be AMCA 300 certified.The coils should be certified in accordance with ARI 410.The filter section consist of pre-filter with 10 micron 90% efficiency and high efficiency filters to remove dust particles down to 5 microns with minimum efficiency 99% when tested as per BS 6540- Part 1, made out of non woven synthetic / polyster / propylene media sandwitched between HDPE mesh on one side for additional coarse filteration and aluminium expanded mesh on the other side for mechanical support. The other accessories are view port, limitswitch, stainless steel (SS3) drain pan, . AHU shall be provided UVC emitters & fixtures in sufficient quantity so as to provide equal distribution of UVC energy on coil and in the drain pan all as specified and suitable for the following :- (a) Cooling capacity - 75.0 TR (b) Air flow rate - 30000 Cfm (appx) ( c) Minimum static pressure of fan - 80 mm stpr. Entering water (inlet) temparature : 7.0 deg C and Leaving water (outlet) temparature: 12.0 deg C

NOTE FOR ITEM NOS 1 & 2 ABOVE: Unit rate quoted by the contractor deemed to be included for the followings :- (i) Submission of floor Drgs & details, Lay out plan for equipts etc for approval by accepting officer. (ii) providing all minor parts which are not included in brief specification but required technically at site for Installation, commissioning, testing of entire plant to achive designed condition & efficient performance,smooth functioning of the plant. (iii) PCC works for foundation as per manufacturer instruction, plastering, Earth works (iv) submittals of catalougs for major eqpts (v) Internal wiring for auto function and safety measures of eqpts. (vi) Arrangement for providing testing instruments and artificial load if rquired for phase I & II testing.

CHILLED / HOT WATER PIPING : Supply, fixing in position the following MS pipes Class 'C' (heavy duty), 125mm dia, conforming to IS-1239/3589, cut to required lengths and installed with solution joints, welding, providing and fixing in position with the necessary fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, hanging arrangement including vibration isolation arrangements etc as required at site for chilled water line with and including insulation with 50 mm thickness of expanded polystrene insulation (EPS) and covered with aluminium cladding. Note: (i) Rate is inclusive for all fixing arrangement on wall / ceilling.(ii) Earth work and duct required for shall be measured and paid separatly

All as per item No 04 here-in-before but 100mm dia

Supply, fixing in position MS pipes 150 mm dia Class 'C' (heavy duty) conforming to IS-1239 cut to required lengths and installed with solution joints, welding, providing and fixing in position with the necessary fittings like elbows, tees, reducers, hanging arrangement including vibration isolation arrangements etc as required at site for condenssing / hot water line and painted with two coat of approved colour on one coat of red oxide complete. Note: (i) Rate is inclusive for all fixing arrangement on wall / ceilling.(ii) Earth work and duct required for shall be measured and paid separatly.

NOTE FOR ITEM 4, 5 & 6 ABOVE : Item rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cutting existing line of any size and inserting suitable size Tee or other fittings required to connect the new system with existing line all as directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 8 & 9 ABOVE: Contractor shall submit GA Drg for approval of GE before placing order.Cable alley shall be at side of panel with adequate size width for incoming & outgoing cables.Rate also inclusive for proving control wiring for auto function of pumps & chiller.Rating of FASD shall be suitable for motor capacity and recommended by manufacturer.

Supply installaion testing and commissioning of Balancing valves, non-rising spindle of stainless steel SS 4 10 stem stainless steel disc of AISI SS4 10 with EPDM sealing on seat double seal by EPDM back flow and graphite asbesots packing on spindle C 1220 cast iron/aluminium / MS fabricated hand wheel with pressure tests cocks for measurement and regulation of flow through pressure drop across the value, insulation etc as required of size 125mm dia complete all as specified

Fabrication and providing MS structure work such as support, bracket etc including fixing arrangement and painting with one coat of primer and 2 coats of Enamel paint of approved colour all as specified and directed.

SUPPLY AIR/ RETURN AIR DUCTING : Design, supply, fixing and testing factory fabricated GI duct of suitable size to match with the existing system with 0.63mm thick GI/PGI sheet of grade 120 class VII confirming to IS:655 ducting confirming to SMACNA standards air distribution system comprising of supply air ducts necessary support to duct will be provided using suitable size angle iron or frame duly welded and will be fixed at site with GI full threaded rods and GI slotted channel support/hangers with bolts, nuts, neoprene fire retardant gaskets and selaled with silicon sealant, elbowa, turing vanes, slip on flanges, in accordance with the approved shop drawing and specificaions, as per standard engineering practice for centrral air conditioning of auditorium building includig inter connectors as required from AHU units to the space to be air-conditioned and making good the disturbed surface with finished to match with the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge. NOTE: (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for making connection with the existing system by providing suitable opening and connecting. (ii) Rate also inclusive for Design, supply and return air ducting all as per ASHRAE standard to meet design temperature and submit layout plan for approval by GE.

Suppy installation testing and balancing of linear fixed bar grille of extruded aluminumm construction frame with frontal of 16 mm an inner blades of 0.15,30,45 deg deflection 5mm nominal thickness blade pitch 12.5mm removable core type. The verticle tubed core construction should be black powder coated the extact construction like one way. two way, curved, delflection angles etc can be decided at the appropriate time complete all as specified
